Why is it so important to keep your word?

Whether you realize it or not, your life is built on your words and your promises.

The words you say to yourself and others are the structure of your life's building. If you compare your life to a building, the words you say to yourself and others are like the foundation of the building. It must be free from dust and erosion, which means it must be free from unconscious patterns.

The unconscious words you speak to yourself and others are the dust and erosion on your building. A building built on raw and dirty structures cannot last! It must be built of pure, real materials and strong steel. Likewise, your life is built on the words and promises you make to yourself and others. It must be free from any unconsciousness or unawareness.

I tell you, the power of your life is based on the words you speak to yourself and others. If your words are conscious, your life will be conscious. If your words are unconscious, your life will be unconscious. When you speak unconscious words in your relationships or career, you won't be aware of the consequences in your life.

When you are not aware of the consequences of your words, life will always bring shocks to you. If life continues to bring shocks to you, you need to understand that you are not living in consistency! Consistency forms the foundation of your life. Consistency is part of your life energy. It is the energy by which you and the entire universe run.

- Exercise -

Before the end of the day, write down the words and promises you made to yourself during the day. Write down all the ideas that come to your mind without any revisions. For example: I am going to see my mother this weekend, I will quit smoking within a month, I will go to work on time tomorrow, etc.

is written to make you aware of your own thoughts and the promises you have made to yourself. Do this exercise continuously for eleven days.

You will learn how your words and promises shape your life.
