4月17日下午，國防部新聞發言人張曉剛大校就近期涉軍問題發布消息。
4月中下旬，中國海軍「海洋二十六號」海洋綜合調查船將赴摩納哥參加國際海道測量組織第四屆大會，並舉行艦艇開放等活動。該船由我國自主設計建造，執行除極地外全球海洋高精度調查測量任務，還可開展海上聯合搜救等行動。
the hydrographic survey ship plans haiyang 26 will visit monaco to attend the 4th plenary session of the international hydrographic organization assembly in mid-to-late april, during which activities such as ship open days will be held. the self-designed and home-built ship is capable of conducting precision marine survey and mapping missions worldwide (excluding polar regions) as well as joint search and rescue operations at sea.
