Juhua Chemical 5G+ Industrial Internet
Quzhou Juhua Group is the largest fluorine chemical advanced manufacturing base in the country, with more than 10,000 employees. In the context of digital reform and intelligent manufacturing, Juhua Group is committed to building a 5G fully connected factory. It has joined hands with Zhejiang Telecom Quzhou Branch to jointly build the "5G + Industrial Internet" project, including a series of construction contents such as intelligent production, digital management , green production, safety management and control, new generation information technology, and advanced manufacturing technology. The future factory system established in the chemical industry is very representative and demonstrative among chemical industry group companies. Juhua Chemical's "5G + Industrial Internet" project is based on the 5G network, achieving 5G signal coverage throughout the group, with nearly 2,000 access terminals, providing a high-performance, high-speed, high-reliability, low-latency 5G network for equipment connection, and transmitting factory field data to the back-end operation and maintenance management platform in real time, achieving a comprehensive upgrade of factory maintenance, on-demand allocation of production resources and personalized production. After years of research, Juhua Group has formed a set of smart production control models based on a safe full-process process mechanism model, a full-process dynamic simulation model, and a basic control loop performance evaluation and self-tuning model, combined with the long-term operating experience of existing employees. Combined with the large bandwidth and low latency characteristics of the 5G network, it has realized full-process, zero-manual automated operations for the first time in the chemical industry. It combines 5G applications such as data collection and 5G intelligent inspection to improve factory production efficiency and safety production levels, and reduce safety risks and labor costs in chemical production. Zhejiang Mobile has created full-scenario coverage of 5G network for Risen Energy, and applied Metaverse to factories to realize production and operation visualization. Geely Jikrypton 5G fully connected factory
Geely Jikrypton 5G fully connected factory is jointly built by Geely Automobile and Zhejiang Unicom . Piling construction began at the end of 2018, with a total investment of more than 6 billion yuan and an area of about 2,000 acres. The factory produces Jikrypton brand pure electric vehicle products that are industry advanced and have a sustainable life cycle. It will be officially put into operation in the third quarter of 2021, with a planned double-shift production capacity of 300,000 units. The project has won awards such as "2021 China Automotive Industry Benchmark Smart Factory" and "2022 China 5G + Industrial Internet Conference Top Ten Benchmark Cases of Typical Applications". It is one of the most advanced automobile factories in China.
During the construction of Geely’s Jikrypton 5G fully connected factory, Zhejiang China Unicom has created a series of 5G+ advanced applications for it, including 5G+MEC, 5G+ data collection, 5G+AI compliance testing, 5G+AR remote operation and maintenance, and 5G+ wheel hub detection.
