data, Wang Guoquan was born in June 1972 and is 48 years old this year.
He started early and took up the post of general manager of Hebei Telecom in 2012. He was only 40 years old at the time, and he was considered one of the youngest cadres in the head of China Telecom's branch. Moreover, under its leadership, Hebei Telecom has become the province where China Telecom launched all-optical network services earlier in the north, so it has outstanding performance.
Because of this, Wang Guoquan was transferred from the general manager of Hebei Telecom to the general manager of the group marketing department in 2016, and then stood out in 2018 and was promoted to the deputy general manager of China Telecom Group. The news that
