The annual report covers the layout structure, talent team, R&D conditions, fundraising and expenditures, R&D projects, R&D output, industrial contribution, open cooperation, achievement transformation and external services, talent training, etc., through text, data and charts, etc. It reflects the construction and operation of the three types of provincial science and technology research and development platforms in our province. According to statistics, as of 2019, the number of scientific and technological research and development platforms above the provincial level in our province is 855, including 196 key laboratories, 570 engineering technology research centers, and 89 industrial technology research institutes. As of December 31, 2019, 855 R&D platforms had fixed and mobile personnel of 42,500, scientific research and office space of 4.55 million square meters, 341,300 scientific research equipment (sets), and the original value of equipment was 27.409 billion yuan; The total funds raised were 23.654 billion yuan, and the total expenditures for scientific research activities were 20.811 billion yuan; 15,125 research and development projects were undertaken, 13,801 papers were published, 13088 intellectual property rights were applied, 8758 were authorized, and 1,133 various standards were formulated; a total of patents were signed 449 proprietary technology transfer contracts with a contract value of RMB 32,336,400; signing of 2720 technical consultation and technical service contracts with a contract value of RMB 177.415 million; a total of 343 technology projects with 1,819 times of promotion, with a value of RMB 805,733,200; technology development Trained 3731 times and trained 183,395 technicians.
