Professor Zhang Chengrui pointed out in the report that the manufacturing industry is gradually moving towards intelligence, and the personalized demand of users is gradually increasing. The mechanical transmission method has changed from complex mechanical transmission to an electrical and magnetic transmission mechanism. In the future, the application field of PC-Based motion controllers will be further expanded. Some PLCh markets will turn to PC-Based, and explain the importance of future software upgrades and services.
Dr. Ni Hepeng explained the kinematics knowledge of excavator robotic arms in the background of engineering machinery, and explained in detail how to use the D-H method to establish connecting rod coordinates. He used the three-link robotic arms and the general six-degree of freedom robot as examples to explain the kinematics positive solution method. He used algebraic solution and geometric solution methods to perform inverse kinematics solution on the simplified excavator robotic arms, and gave detailed answers to the excavator robotic arms control proposed by the students and the problems encountered in actual scenarios.
Dr. Zhao Lei introduced the application of environmental perception in different scenarios such as construction industry, autonomous driving, rehabilitation and medical care. In response to the current problem that engineering machinery cannot finely distinguish stones, he proposed a method of using cameras and radar data fusion; detects the driver's behavioral status through machine vision, and uses deep hybrid neural networks to detect the driver's eyes, mouth and other characteristics; adopts a multimodal data-driven rehabilitation training strategy auxiliary feedback method can effectively help patients train, etc.
Vice President Zhang Xueqiang introduced the cutting-edge technologies such as electric control valves, angle sensors, , remote remote control cockpits, new energy equipment and other cutting-edge technologies in the field of excavator intelligence. At the same time, taking the company's talent needs and development direction as the entry point, the latest research results of Carter, Komatsu and other companies were displayed, pointing out the direction of efforts for students in the field of intelligent control and electromechanical automation, and providing detailed answers to the career development and employment issues raised by the students.
