Recently, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security announced the results of the 2022 Chinese overseas students returning to China to start a business startup support plan. Xiamen has 5 projects selected, of which 4 are from Torch High-tech Zone, and have received a total of 1.9 million yuan in funding from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. The number of selected projects and the amount of funding received hit a new high.
The five projects funded this time include artificial intelligence , information technology, integrated circuits, biomedical and other fields. Among them, 3 projects were selected as key funding, and 2 projects were selected as excellent funding, and 500,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan of entrepreneurial support funds were obtained respectively.
Jerry Intelligent's "Artificial Intelligence Wearable Health Monitoring and Early Warning System", Beidou Four-Mode Satellite Navigation SoC Chip Industrialization Project developed by Beidou Xingchen (Xiamen) Integrated Circuit Design Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Shenshu Information Technology Co., Ltd.'s risk measurement technology and solutions were selected as key projects.
The support plan for Chinese overseas students to return to China to start a business is an important project established by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to support their development. It aims to encourage overseas students to return to China to establish high-tech enterprises.
