Computer has been a popular major for the past 10 years, but now it’s a bit of a problem to choose to apply for a computer. Why?
1, internal volume serious: Computers have been constantly being hyped up by brainlessness since 10 years, and have been blown up for 10 years. All majors have been taking the computer exam across the board, and it is difficult to get to the sky after taking the postgraduate entrance examination. The double non- registration ratio is below 1/10, and the gods and gods are fighting over 211 and above.
2. Inflated salary, less spare time: Overtime work in the Internet industry is the norm, and the price of high salary is endless overtime. The premise is that you would rather go to a large factory, but if you can't go to a large factory, you have low salary and overtime. You basically have no time for yourself. Your family once thought you were kidnapped abroad.
3. Not suitable for most people: even in the computer industry, there are few people who are really interested in code and algorithms and can have continuous motivation to learn new knowledge, let alone foreign professionals who come to computers. For those who are not interested, working on computers is equivalent to memorizing the Three Character Classic every day and writing the Three Character Classic every day, which is a great destruction of the spirit.
4. Technology is constantly updated and iterated: learning computers requires constantly updating the technology stack. Each technology update is not an expansion of the original technology, but overturning half of the original knowledge. Even a relatively stable software architecture has different degrees of update iteration. For example, one day the leader slaps his forehead and changes his technology selection, and he suddenly seems to have become blank paper. Then the leader has enough reason to kick away and replace those of you who cannot learn new technologies. It is because you have been learning it all the time. If you can't learn it, you should crawl.
5. No way out: After learning computers, you will become a bird without feet. When you land, you will die. When I was young and had the ability to learn, I learned a lot of eight-legged essays without any accumulation of social resources and it was difficult to accumulate interpersonal relationships. When I couldn't learn, I stepped down and found that I couldn't do anything else in my job. You think you could learn something while working, but in fact, I couldn't hold anything else in my mind when I got off work. You can refer to computer practitioners in their thirties and forties. If they don’t climb to management, they will basically be full of old-fashioned technology and dry batteries. Their basic destinations are training institutions that cheat money or other industries that have no connections to be marginal people.
So don’t easily choose a computer major before thinking clearly.
