According to public information, Deng Taihua's education is unknown, and he only knows that he graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He has been working at Huawei for more than 20 years and has rich innovation capabilities and management experience.
At Huawei, Deng Taihua has held important management positions in many fields, including: President of the wireless network business department TD-LTE&TDS&WiMAX product line, President of TDD product line, Vice President of Northeast Europe Regional Department, Director of Wireless Solutions Department, President of Wireless Network Product Line, etc.
However, these positions are all the identities of Deng Taihua when he appeared in the media in the past decade. Earlier, his appointment situation was unclear.
At the 2017 Global Mobile Broadband Forum, Deng Taihua is the president of Huawei's wireless network product line. He remained in this position at the Global Mobile Broadband Forum in October 2019.
However, at the parallel forum of "5G era and high-quality development " held in November of the same year, Deng Taihua's title became the senior vice president of Huawei. The following year, he attended the symposium as Huawei's senior vice president and president of computing product line, which should be his current actual position.
In addition, Deng Taihua now has another identity - the deputy leader of the joint working group of the Ministry of Education - Huawei "Smart Docking" in Huawei. It is reported that the "Smart Base" project is the industry-education integration collaborative education base project jointly initiated by the Ministry of Education-Huawei in 2020.
As the deputy leader of the joint working group, he worked with the Computer Teaching Commission, various pilot universities and Huawei to invest resources such as university teachers, technical experts, equipment funds, etc. to support the construction of project .
At present, the joint working group has built more than 100 teaching practice platforms, established 72 smart dock clubs, empowered more than 3,000 teachers, opened more than 1,300 courses, covering more than 200,000 students.
In May this year, Deng Taihua returned to his alma mater, University of Electronic Science and Technology, to attend the benchmarking exchange meeting of the "Smart Dock" project held by Huawei and the school.
