The project application subjects can be industrial enterprises, basic telecommunications enterprises, information technology enterprises, Internet enterprises, universities and research institutes, park operation and management institutions, etc.
preferentially supports industrial Internet projects that meet one or more of the following conditions: projects in national new industrialization industry demonstration bases, cities (prefectures) with obvious results in stable industrial growth and transformation and upgrading; projects that have completed the acceptance of industrial Internet innovation and development projects; projects in old revolutionary areas; projects that have achieved remarkable results in green and low-carbon, safe production, international cooperation, military-civilian integration, etc.
