Li Mingjun, male, from Mianzhu City, Sichuan Province, university degree, currently director of the vehicle technology department of Yundu New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., Fujian Province Introduce high-level talents (domestic Category C). Li Mingjun was born in October 1978. He graduated from the Mechanical Design Engineering Department of Luoyang Institute of Technology (now Henan University of Science and Technology) in 2001. He is currently the director of the vehicle technology department of Yundu New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., and has introduced high-level talents from Fujian Province (domestic C kind).
Li Mingjun joined Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. in 2002 and joined Yundu New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. in 2016. He has been engaged in new energy vehicle product development and technology research for 18 years. While working at Chery New Energy Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., he participated in the research and development of more than 20 major national "863" plan projects and provincial and municipal science and technology projects, and applied for a total of 19 patents. In the "863" project of "Design and Development of Chery Chery's new structure small pure electric sedan", he took the lead in completing the design of the new structural body and electrified chassis, reducing the weight of the entire vehicle by 100kg. He served as the project manager in the "863" project of "Technical Research and Industrialization of Rotor Range Extender/Charge-Swap Compatible Electric Cars" and developed a set of equipment for automatic and rapid battery replacement and a set of triangular rotor range extender, which achieves a speed of 2 minutes. Automatically replace the battery pack inside. During his time at cloud, he, as the main person in charge, participated in the application for the national science and technology project "Development of High-efficiency Integrated Oil-cooled Range Extender Assembly and Integrated Application of Complete Vehicles", and the project was successfully approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology. From 2017 to 2018, he successively served as the project director of Yundu's "range extender technology pre-research" and "electrified chassis" and other technical projects, and successfully completed the technical pre-research.
Li Mingjun participated in the development of Chery New Energy's A5ISG/BSG, QQ3EV, M1EV, eQ EV and other models. The products have won the "First Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award", "Pure Electric Model of the Year", "Annual Technology Innovation Award" and other honors. He also participated in the development of Yundu new energy vehicles π1, π3, π7 and other models, with sales exceeding 10,000 units, ranking high among start-up new energy vehicle companies.
During his time at Yundu, he was dedicated to his job and determined to innovate. He successively served as the director of the performance and testing department and the director of the vehicle technology department, completing capacity building and software and hardware procurement for vehicle integration, performance development, virtual simulation, etc., and also completed the test The construction of the laboratory has made a great contribution to the company's smooth acquisition of "dual qualifications" and better supported the development of cloud degree π1, π3, π7 and other models.
Li Mingjun combines product projects and technology projects to actively carry out new technology development. While at Chery, he worked with suppliers to carry out research on the "Development and Application of Key Technologies for High-Efficiency Electric Air Conditioning (Heat Pump) Compressors for Automobiles". The energy efficiency ratio of the heating mode reached 2.5, significantly reducing energy consumption and obtaining the title of "Mechanical First Prize of Industrial Science and Technology Progress Award". was at Yundu, he organized pre-research on range extender technology and completed the design, trial production and verification of the π7 extended range electric vehicle. In the feasibility demonstration of the A-platform extended range electric vehicle industrialization plan, he completed the technical evaluation of multiple engines and range extender products.
In order to reduce the energy consumption of the entire vehicle, Li Mingjun led the team to carry out research. From the perspectives of weight reduction, resistance reduction, efficiency improvement, power consumption reduction, optimization strategies, etc., with CAE analysis, energy flow simulation and experimental verification, lightweight design, system efficiency improvement, wind resistance optimization, electrical load optimization, and energy-saving mode were carried out Design and other work have significantly reduced the vehicle's energy consumption relative to national policy limits and reached the domestic advanced level.
In addition, he has also actively participated in the formulation and discussion of national standards for electric vehicles, and has participated in the "Test Methods for Energy Consumption Rate and Driving Range of Electric Vehicles", "Technical Conditions for Plug-in Hybrid Electric Passenger Vehicles" and "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicles" ” and “Extended Range Electric Vehicle Technology Evaluation and Technical Policy and Regulation Research” and other standard seminars, put forward opinions and suggestions, and promoted the healthy development of the new energy vehicle industry.
