At 22:00 on June 28, the 11th Hydropower Bureau Installation Branch successfully completed the stator iron loss test of the first unit of the Hanji-Weihuang Huanghuangxia Water Conservancy Project at one time, marking the successful completion of the stator assembly work of Unit 1 and setting the stage for subsequent stator roll-offs. The power station building of the Hanji-Weihuanghuangxia Water Conservancy Project is designed and installed with three hydro-generator units with a single unit capacity of 45 MW and a rated voltage of 13.8 kV. During the stator iron loss test silicon steel sheet production and on-site stacking process, there may be insulation damage between the sheets causing short circuits, causing local overheating and affecting the safe operation of the unit. Therefore, the stator iron loss test is crucial. In order to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the test, the project department formulated a practical stator iron loss test plan based on the owner's requirements. Before the test, the project department organized all test personnel and relevant personnel such as owners, supervisors, manufacturers, etc. to participate in technical plan discussions, concentrated their efforts, checked at all levels, and worked hard to ensure that the test work was foolproof.
On June 25, the stator core lamination of the first axial flow paddle turbine generator unit of the Hanji-Weihuang Huanghuangxia Water Conservancy Project was officially completed. At 20:00 on the evening of June 28, the iron loss test officially started. After nearly two hours of intensive operation and operation observation, all test data performed well. Technical parameters such as core unit loss, temperature rise, temperature difference and noise all met the requirements of the unit specifications.
