1/ The penalty for overtime penalty is too serious. 20 points will be deducted for a single overtime, and 1 point will be added for one run. In the end, some people who can't stick to it will always tell people around you that you are not doing well, it is too much for the loss.
2/ The order dispatching logic is too torturous, and I also admire the dispatching algorithm of the Ele.me crowdsourcing system. I have convinced that it should be a small probability event myself, but I ran for ten days. More than one hundred orders. My timeout rate is as high as 40% [打脸][打脸] (pictured below), I admit that I have a problem, but I think I don't want to time out, right? I don't want to deduct points, do I? I don't want to deduct the delivery fee, right? So I will be more cautious in grabbing orders every day, right? Will your hands and feet move faster? Will the timeout rate be reduced? But the fact is really not the case. If I only place 1-3 orders. I promise that I will not overtime, but for me, it is estimated that it will take about 40-50 minutes to finish the 1-3 singles. The delivery fee is only a dozen yuan. The price/performance ratio is not high, so it must be more than 4 orders. However, I found that as long as the dispatch limit of more than 4 orders is set, there is almost always a risk of overtime. This is really not something I can avoid quickly.
