Lao Zhuang was in prison mentally depressed and became ill due to overwork. When he was released, he became a mental patient. The state funded a house for him and made proper arrangements for him. However, Lao Zhuang lived alone and suffered from mental disorder. He got lost in his forties and had no idea where he ended up, which made people hide their faces and sigh. On the other hand, the former major general of the National Army was weather-beaten, determined, and had a strong ability to withstand attacks.
