Under the guidance of the national "double carbon" goal, the development of green building materials is imperative. Dry-mixed mortar is a new type of green and environmentally friendly building material. It is the main direction of scientific and technological innovation in the field of building materials in our province. It is a standardized product produced with high-quality materials, sophisticated equipment, scientific formula, and strict production management. Through the research and development of customized production equipment, this project has built a production line for ordinary dry-mixed mortar with an annual output of 400,000 tons and a special dry-mixed mortar production line with an annual output of 100,000 tons, filling the technical gap in the large-scale industrial production of dry-mixed mortar in Lanzhou. The project organized a R&D team to conduct localized research and development of dry-mixed mortar mixes, resulting in 15 series of 32 dry-mixed mortar products. During the implementation of the project, 34 utility model patents were obtained, 1 local standard of Gansu Province was revised, and 1 provincial construction method for engineering construction of Gansu Province was obtained. The three series of dry-mixed mortar products developed and produced by the project have passed the certification of Beijing Jinzhi Huaxin Certification Co., Ltd. and obtained the China Green Building Materials Product Certification Certificate.
