In the past, due to parents' low awareness of danger and the expensive ICD device, the use rate of ICD in the prevention of sudden child death in my country is much lower than that of adults and developed countries. Some children lose the chance of treatment when sudden death occurs in sports. After repeated communication with the child’s parents, considering that the child has brain damage and needs to review the magnetic resonance situation, I finally chose an ICD and lead system compatible with 3.0T magnetic resonance for the child. On the eve of National Day, Xiaojie successfully implanted a cardioversion defibrillator. This "life-saving artifact" was installed under the child's left skin to protect her future life and study.
