In order to promote laparoscopic liver, biliary and pancreatic surgery technology, Professor Yin Xinmin's team at Hunan Provincial People's Hospital has established the largest laparoscopic liver, biliary and pancreatic minimally invasive surgery live broadcast platform in China. From July 11, 2018, online live broadcast of surgery is carried out to the world for free, and the first 100 live broadcast is completed on November 27, 2019; by January 18, 2022, 200 live broadcasts have been successfully completed.
On April 7, 2022, Professor Yin Xinmin's team launched the "100 series of live broadcasts of Ren Shu Liver and Biliary Pancreatic Mirrors" and successfully completed the 300th live operation on November 23.
Only two cases of the 300 live broadcast operations were transferred and the laparoscopic surgery rate reached 99.33%, and no blood transfusion or death.
According to statistics, the cumulative number of views of live surgery is 1.01 million times, and the viewers include professionals from 35 provinces, cities and districts in my country, as well as 21 countries and regions including the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Japan, etc. The live broadcast event has played a strong role in promoting and improving my country's laparoscopic technology, allowing colleagues across the country and even around the world to learn advanced liver, gallbladder and pancreatic minimally invasive technology without leaving home. At the same time, it has also established a strong brand influence in Hunan's liver, gallbladder and minimally invasive surgery.
It is reported that , Professor Yin Xinmin of Hunan Provincial People's Hospital was the first to propose the "two-step stratification method rapid liver cutting technology" process in 2009. This technology won the Hunan Provincial Top Ten Clinical Innovation Technology Award and the Hunan Medical Science and Technology Progress Award in 2019. In 2010, he took the lead in advocating and carrying out laparoscopic anatomical hepatectomy, creating a new situation in laparoscopic hepatectomy in my country.
Nowadays, whether it is laparoscopic cholecystectomy, laparoscopic hepatic resection, laparoscopic pancreatic duodenectomy and other difficult surgeries, the minimally invasive team led by Yin Xinmin can be successfully completed, and the minimally invasive rate of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery reaches more than 98%. "In addition to liver transplantation, the field of liver, gallbladder and pancreatic surgery can achieve minimally invasiveness."
