This is a phase I clinical drug study for cancer patients with positive CLDN18.2. Registration number CTR20221587. Director Xu Jianming of the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China was the main investigator of the project. After enrollment, the drug was BC008 antibody injection.

Indications: colon cancer , rectal cancer, gastric cancer , pancreatic cancer , ovarian cancer, biliary cancer , etc., not listed here.

BC008 antibody injection is an anti-CLDN18.2 antibody fusion protein independently developed in China. It can specifically target CLDN18.2 molecules on the cell surface, specifically kill CLDN18.2 positive tumor cells, and exert anti-tumor effects.

exclusion criteria:

1. Patients have received any targeted CLDN18 before. 2 Treatment;
2. patients with gastric pyloric obstruction or continuous repeated vomiting (vomiting ≥3 times in 24 hours);
3. patients with organ transplant history, bone marrow transplant history or stem cell transplant history;
4. hepatitis B, hepatitis C , HIV virus infection;
5. pregnant or breastfeeding women
