The endoscopic center has high work intensity and high technical requirements. She led the team to continuously innovate endoscopic technology. With her excellent knowledge and superb technology, she relieved many patients' pain and received positive reviews from patients. Many patients from surrounding areas also came to see the doctor.
Everyone familiar with Feng Li knows that she comes to the department very early in the morning and prepares in advance; often after get off work time, she and her colleagues are still working overtime. Although she has had tens of thousands of cases of endoscopy, she has always been cautious and always cared about the patient. While doing a good job in medical work, she strives to reduce the burden on patients, and optimizes and improves the medical treatment process to create a convenient and comfortable medical experience.
In addition, Feng Li, as the head of the Digestive Endoscopy Diagnosis and Treatment Alliance of the Shanghai Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and the chairman of the Digestive Intervention Committee, has joined forces with more than 40 primary hospitals in Shanghai. As a discipline leader, Feng Li is not satisfied with the single examination function of digestive endoscopy, and also carries out various new endoscopy and treatment technologies and new projects of , such as ESD, ultrasound puncture, cell endoscopy, etc., filling the gap in endoscopy treatment, among which the research on argon ion coagulation is the leading in China. While doing a good job in clinical work, she actively carried out clinical research, established national and municipal projects, wrote more than 30 SCI papers, obtained more than 10 patents, and transformed 2 items. She also won the Shanghai Medical Science Award three times, and won the Shanghai Popular Science Works Award in 2022. As a doctoral supervisor at Fudan University, she led graduate students to make a lot of achievements in the basic and clinical aspects of early gastrointestinal tumors.
In the face of the epidemic, as the deputy director of the hospital, Feng Li immediately formed an epidemic prevention and control training group, formulated various job responsibilities and processes, emergency plans, etc. according to the prevention and control guidelines as quickly as possible, and carried out pre-job training for all employees, requiring all prevention and control knowledge to achieve full coverage training. As the director of the Endoscopy Center, she firmly stood on the front line of clinical practice.
