First, strengthen the popularization of oral scientific knowledge and promote the transformation from treating diseases to people's health. The second is to strengthen the three-level network for prevention and control of oral diseases and promote the construction of a chronic oral disease prevention and control system. According to the current situation of oral health in my country, the prevalence of oral diseases in underdeveloped areas of and key populations is relatively high. Adhere to the principle of "prevention first and combination of prevention and treatment", build a three-level network for oral disease prevention and control of "city-district-county-town" oral disease prevention and control, promote "oral health electronic archives", and incorporate the content of oral health management into the systemic chronic disease and nutrition monitoring system. Coordinate oral health monitoring work for key groups such as the elderly and the young. Focus on the needs of the people, build an integrated oral health service system that integrates health promotion, disease prevention and treatment, and provide full-life cycle health services.
The third is to strengthen oral health technology innovation and promote the high-quality development of oral health.
