The ancient timing standard was that there were 12 hours a day and night. Each hour was closely related to the movement of the five internal organs and meridians of the human body, which reflects the corresponding relationship between heaven and man.
Every hour, there will be a meridian and an internal organ on duty, so we can maintain the corresponding internal organs according to different hours, so as to achieve twice the result with half the effort.
1. Develop the good habit of bowel movements every day
hour (5~7 o'clock), this is the time when the large intestine meridian is strong, so it is advisable to wake up and defecate. This way, it is necessary to develop habits and help prevent constipation.
2 and three meals schedule
5 Chen hours (7~9 o'clock), which is the time of the stomach meridian being strong. You should have a good meal nutritious breakfast is the most beneficial to health.
Si time (9~11 o'clock), which is the time when spleen meridian is prosperous. You need to eat lunch at this time. Remember to eat full for lunch.

Staying up late will damage kidney essence, heart, liver, soul and lungs. Therefore, you should sleep when your gallbladder is the most prosperous. Sleeping late will damage your gallbladder, and in severe cases, it will cause depression and to appear.

5 Noon (11~13 o'clock), which is the time when heart meridian is prosperous. It is best to take a nap for 15 to 30 minutes at this time, which is the most beneficial for health.
