(2) The duration is different
Angelic anxiety, the duration is short. When you get out of the predicament, the anxiety no longer exists, and you can stay for a day to several days at most.
Demonic anxiety will stay in the body for a long time. If you seek help from a doctor, you will be entangled with you for weeks, months, or even years.
(3) Different degrees of symptoms
Angel anxiety will only stay in your heart and will not affect your normal study and life.
Demonic anxiety will extend your tentacles all over your body, which not only makes you worry all day long, but may also show physical anxiety, such as panic, hand shaking, sweating, frequent urination , etc.
So, how should we deal with anxiety? A simple self-regulation method, you can try practicing ~
(1) Find a comfortable environment, sit or lie in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and relax your muscles as much as possible.
(2) Inhale deeply and slowly with your nose. Imagine smelling the fragrance of flowers while inhaling, count silently for 3 seconds in your heart, stay for 1 second, put your hands on your stomach, and slowly feel the bulge of your abdomen.
(3) Pouted your lips slightly, slowly exhale with your nose and mouth at a constant speed, and counted silently for 6 seconds. Put your hands on your stomach and gently press as you exhale.
(4) Repeat for 10-15 minutes until you feel calm again.
If you can control your anxiety, you won’t be bothered by it and it will also be a good motivation.
