When I woke up at 5.17am on December 23, I drank a glass of warm water to wash my stomach and intestines, and then went to the bathroom to do the exiting work to eliminate blockage in my body. Next, I started to practice static skills , and I became full of righteousness. Half an hour is up to finish the work. I got out of bed and walked to the living room, where I practiced round piles to nourish my awe-inspiring righteousness. Forty minutes later, I started practicing the exercises. Half an hour later, I started to practice the postures, Wu Style Tai Chi eighty-nine postures once, and Wu Style Tai Chi fast posture twice.

Dinner was noodles with mutton soup. I ate a big bowl of mutton soup and felt warm all over. Preparatory activities started at 7:30 in the evening, standing on Wuji Zhuang for 40 minutes, and doing 89 reverse Wu-style Tai Chi poses.

Take a bath, make a glass of milk, and go to bed.
