Under such circumstances, how to manage the project, how to ensure construction quality, and how to collaborate with other construction units in the building became his biggest challenges.
So Shao Quanyuan took root at the construction site every day to understand and manage the construction situation, follow up and implement the entire process from computer room planning, deployment optimization, decoration construction, supporting construction, etc., and coordinate issues such as process conflicts and construction contradictions with the building construction unit; after work, he studied decoration, construction and other knowledge, including detailed knowledge such as the proportion of cement, sand and water required for ground mixing, and constantly improved his professional knowledge. In terms of network maintenance , Shao Quanyuan combined the fault handling requirements and front-line maintenance work needs, collaborated with wireless, transmission and other professionals to sort out and formulate the dispatching center work specifications and processes, standardize fault notification, supervision, background fault information support query, assist fault location, etc., and completed 5 tasks The standardization of the process has completed the formulation of more than 100 work measures, strengthened execution and work closed loop, notified and reminded frontline maintenance personnel of fault information more than 10,000 times daily, supported frontline maintenance personnel to complete more than 2,000 fault location and processing times on average every day, and effectively supported the improvement of the timely rate of fault handling of frontline maintenance personnel.
In addition, he organized and collaborated with the Cyberspace Affairs Office of the Municipal Party Committee to carry out security knowledge training for more than 70 governments, enterprises and institutions at all levels to enhance network security awareness; he also collaborated with the Baoshan Municipal Party Committee Office, the Cyberspace Administration of Baoshan Municipal Committee, and the Cybersecurity Detachment of the Baoshan Municipal Public Security Bureau to carry out network security risk detection in Baoshan.
