Overall design
This project is the Fangca Hospital of Decheng District, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, Xinhe Road Health Station Project , located north of Xinhe Road, Decheng District, Dezhou City, Shandong Province and west of Jiefang South Avenue. The first floor of the above ground floor of the Fangca Hospital in Decheng District is 11,034.00 ㎡; the second floor of the above ground floor of the Health Station in Xinhe Road, Decheng District is 25,862.6 ㎡. All use prefabricated and lightweight steel structures. (As shown in Figures 1 to 2)

This project is divided into two parts: Square Hospital and Health Station . Among them, there are 5 nursing units in the square cabin hospital, with a total of 1,518 beds. Each nursing unit is laid out according to the medical process of infectious diseases. It is basically divided into clean areas, restricted areas (semi-clean areas), isolation areas (semi-polluted areas and polluted areas). Buffering rooms and isolation measures are set up between the corresponding areas. The streamlines between medical staff and patients are strictly divided, and special routes for cleaning logistics and pollution logistics are set up, and they do not intersect each other.
Health Station is divided into isolation rooms, medical rooms, and service rooms, with a total of 936 beds. (As shown in Figures 3 to 4)

Architectural Design
Square Cabin Hospital has a total of 5 nursing units and 518 beds, each nursing unit contains 8 to 10 "ward cabins". Layout is carried out according to the medical procedures of infectious diseases, and the basic divisions are divided into clean areas, restricted areas (semi-clean areas), and isolation areas (semi-polluted areas and polluted areas). Buffer rooms and isolation measures are set up between the corresponding areas.
patients enter the isolation observation ward through the patient corridor for isolation observation. Medical staff set up sanitary entrance rooms and sanitary entrance rooms from the entrances and exits of the polluted area from the cleaning area. Sanitation is divided into inlet and outlet streamlines, and between men and women.
The specific entry process is: cleaning area enters the contaminated area through one dressing (wear work clothes), second dressing (wear protective equipment, wear protective supplies), and buffer zone; the return process is: take off protective clothing, buffer transition room (take off protective clothing and other protective supplies), and return to the cleaning area. After the pollution protection supplies in the undressing buffered area of the observation ward are packaged, they are stored together with the waste generated in the observation ward in the garbage temporary storage room in the observation ward area, and the medical waste from the disposal room is packaged and shipped out directly.
The bathrooms and wash basins used by patients are all set inside a single "ward cabin". Each ward has about 1 finished toilet, 1 shower room and 1 wash basin, respectively, and considering the needs of the elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled, some finished toilets and shower rooms are equipped with handrails.
This project adopts a modular and standardized design. Boxes, boards or components with the same functions should be versatile and interchangeable. The appearance is neat and beautiful, and its thermal insulation, sound insulation, waterproof, fireproof and other properties meet the requirements of the current national standards and specifications.
The roof takes effective sealing measures to avoid rainwater leakage. The roof is made of waterproof reinforcement measures such as laying waterproof rolls ; the gaps between the boxes should be filled with rubber strips with a width of 5 to 10mm greater than the gap, or other supporting products should be filled with sealed.
A barrier-free ramp is set up at the entrance and exit of the patient; the door for patients has no threshold, which meets the wheelchair access requirements, the width of the patient's access door meets the requirements of the flat bed, and the net width is not less than 1.10m. When designing specific projects, barrier-free facilities comply with the relevant provisions of " Accessibility Design Specification " (GB 50763-2012). All inner windows are not open, and the transfer window has interlocking function. (As shown in Figures 5 to 6)

structural design
Decheng District Fangcai Hospital is a floor-level prefabricated light steel mechanism system , and the structural design has a service life of 5 years . The above-ground structure adopts a box structure, and the foundation uses raft foundation . The project has a north-south length of 153m and an east-west length of 103m, making it an ultra-long structure.
This project is a temporary disaster prevention building for the response to the new coronavirus pneumonia . The construction period is tight, the time is short and the tasks are heavy. In order to ensure the smooth delivery of the project on schedule, the construction site will directly lay the 250mm gravel cushion layer after the current site is leveled and compacted as the foundation of the building.
Because this project is located in Dezhou, Shandong, according to the experience of the surrounding project, the soil bearing capacity of the site is poor. In order to reduce the impact of uneven site and consider the construction period requirements, and reduce the workload of on-site steel bar processing and support molds, the foundation adopts a 250mm thick raft foundation, and a double-layer bidirectional steel bar mesh is installed, without a post-pouring strip, raft uses C30 early-strength fast hard concrete, and at the same time, the addition of expansion agent, low-hydration hot cement, and strict control of the water-cement ratio and other measures to reduce raft cracking. The superstructure adopts a modular box structure, with a standard module size of 3m×6m×3m, and is assembled on site after the strength of the foundation concrete meets the installation and construction requirements. The box structure and the foundation are connected through embedded parts that are pre-embedded in advance.
water supply and drainage design
water supply system is vertically unzoned and is directly supplied by the municipal water supply pipeline network, with a water supply pressure of 0.20MPa. A backflow preventer is installed before the water supply system in the polluted area is connected; the water supply system in the semi-polluted area and the safety area adopts the municipal direct supply method. The system uses standardized, integrated and highly assembled equipment, pipeline systems and accessories; the equipment adopts integrated bathrooms, integrated shower rooms and other facilities, and reserves a group of extended interfaces and space; the pipeline systems and accessories are preferred to use pipes that are easy to install and disassemble and reusable.
wash basin uses a small volumetric electric water heater (Xiaochubao) to prepare domestic water. The concentrated shower hot water is prepared by an electric water heater.
separate drinking water utensils are set up in the contaminated area and in the cleaning area.
Install purification and sterilization devices at the outlet of the drainage vent pipe of the drainage system in the contaminated area for processing.The air-conditioned condensate water in the polluted area is indirectly drained to the sewage pipes. The drainage of the medical area and the drainage of the ward are discharged into the sewage treatment station for treatment. The secondary biochemical treatment should be used to meet the requirements of the environmental impact assessment report and then discharged into the urban sewage pipeline and sent to the urban sewage treatment plant for further treatment. The sewage inspection well uses a sealed plastic drainage inspection well, and the inspection well should be equipped with an anti-fall net.
sewage treatment facilities are closed, and exhaust gas should be collected, disinfected and discharged after uniform collection. According to the actual conditions on site, the finished septic tank and disinfection tank are made of reinforced concrete. A fire hose reel water supply system is installed inside, which contains a 19mm fire hose reel, a length of 30m, and comes with a vacuum destroyer.
Indoors, according to the serious hazard level Class A fire, the portable ammonium phosphate dry powder fire extinguisher is added. The minimum configuration of a single fire extinguisher is 3A, and the maximum protection distance shall not be greater than 15m. CT, network computer rooms and other areas that are not suitable for water protection are all set up for heptafluoropropane gas fire extinguishing system. Adopt a prefabricated fire extinguishing system of heptafluoropropane.
outdoor fire hydrant Its water source is provided by two municipal water supply channels, and the pipeline network is arranged in a ring shape. Outdoor fire hydrants should be evenly arranged around the building, with the spacing not greater than 120m, the roadside should not be greater than 2m, and the exterior wall or edge of the building should not be less than 5m. Outdoor fire hydrants are arranged on the domestic water supply pipe network according to the distance of no more than 120m.

The condensate in the air-conditioning system cannot be discharged at will. It should be discharged indirectly into the toilet, floor drain or sink drain pipe of the ward bathroom, and should be centrally treated with dirt, sewage and wastewater before being discharged. Some refrigerant pipes are too long and require special treatment. The layout of condensate pipelines should avoid the interconnection of clean areas and semi-polluted areas and polluted areas.

Health Station isolation point and other major functional rooms have exterior windows, which can be used for natural ventilation. The public bathroom is equipped with a dedicated exhaust shaft and a ventilator with a check device, and a centralized unpowered ventilator is installed on the roof.
2 Square Hospital Ventilation
In order to ensure the orderly flow of airflow, form a reasonable pressure gradient, and avoid cross-infection, this project uses ventilation system design in accordance with the "Code for Building Design of Infectious Disease Hospitals" (GB50849-2014).

All air supply and exhaust ports are equipped with a capsule square constant air volume valve to ensure constant air volume in each room.
