Recall that I also met Secretary Zhang. After a long time, I can't recall the reasons at that time, but I have a special impression of the village committee and Secretary Zhang in Dashakan Village. We went there late at that time, and it was almost twelve o'clock in the afternoon. Secretary Zhang was not in the village committee when he first entered the door. After learning about it, we learned that Secretary Zhang had gone to the street for a meeting. We hurriedly told the staff that we didn’t need to notify Secretary Zhang to come back, so we took a look and left. When we finished watching, as we walked towards the door, a black car rushed into the yard. As soon as the car was parked, a tall, thin and very capable gay man came down to say hello to us and enthusiastically brought us into the office. After the introduction, we realized that this is Secretary Zhang. As soon as Secretary Zhang entered the house, he introduced us in detail the work situation in the village. At that time, my biggest feeling was that the village party secretary was very serious and had no airs.
This is my first impression of Secretary Zhang.
Back to the point, I will get back to the point, and what I should say is the insights after reading the article.
After reading the whole article, a sentence Secretary Zhang said that impressed me the most, that is, "I am the secretary who is dedicated to the public, who is responsible, dedication, and suffer losses. I am selfless and broad-minded." At that time, two words "public heart" appeared in my mind.
The so-called public heart is explained in the Han Dynasty: a fair heart is the intention to consider the public's interests; it is a social psychology for selfishness. Everyone will have a heart to consider the interests of their own in order to survive in society, which is the need for survival; everyone lives in a big social family, and naturally they will have a heart to consider the interests of the public, which is also the basis for promoting social development; when public heart is greater than selfishness, people will choose to give up selfishness, and society will have a virtuous cycle; when selfishness is greater than public heart, people will choose to give up public heart, and society will have a vicious cycle.
From this we can see that selfishness is a human physiological instinct, and publicness is a human social attribute. If selfishness defeats public intention, society will only get worse and worse. Only when public intention defeats selfishness, which is what we usually say, " everyone is for me , I am for everyone", society will become better and better.
public opinion, it is easy to say, but it is really not easy to do. People all have desires and want to make themselves live a good life and be better than others. It is really not easy to give up thinking about themselves but think about others. Even if they let go of their own selfishness, no one jumped out of the crack of the stone like Sun Wukong. They all have relatives and friends, aunts and aunts, so it is difficult not to be affected by them. Therefore, letting go of selfishness and upholding fairness is really easy to do.
There is a story in history: During the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, there was a man named Qi Huangyang . At that time, Dashakan Village was a problem village and a chaotic village. In fact, he could not make any mistakes in this muddy water. He focused on developing his career and could go further and more successful. However, Secretary Zhang could not bear to live in dire straits every day and shoulder heavy responsibilities. This is public intention; at the beginning of his tenure, Secretary Zhang did the first thing he did was to build roads. If you want to be rich, you must first build roads. Secretary Zhang understands this path of wealth thoroughly and implements it more thoroughly. He pays out of his own pocket for road construction. This is public intention; then solves the villagers' draft problems, electricity, lighting problems, irrigation problems, etc., all of which are related to the villagers' real lives, and this is public intention; Secretary Zhang's public intention has also led a group of people around him, such as the old party member Li Jinyu took the lead in the work of coal-gas transformation as a pilot and a role model, and successfully led the whole village to make coal-gas transformation. This is public appeal.
