The significance of enterprises obtaining military confidentiality qualifications:
Units that obtain confidentiality qualifications are included in the "Cital List of Confidentiality Qualifications for Weapons and Equipment Research and Production Units" (hereinafter referred to as the Directory).
Confidential weapons and equipment research and production projects of the military system equipment department shall bid and order in units listed on the list with corresponding confidentiality qualifications. If the contractor subcontracts scientific research and production projects involving confidential weapons and equipment, it shall select from the units listed with corresponding confidentiality qualifications.
