The original intention of its construction is to hope that everyone can sit in an open outdoor environment and enjoy the meals surrounded by a large number of green plants, leading people back to the initial farming period and feel the most natural contact connection.
Among them, the most popular and special restaurant is called [Cave Coffee]. The concept of the entire cave comes from the early houses' warm winter and cool summer structure. The cave and the front and back doors are ventilated, as well as various small holes like patios that can be opened and closed above the building, achieving the principle of keeping warm in winter and ventilating in summer.
All the entire settlement has entered a variety of small farmer shops and restaurants selling different products. In addition to [Cave Coffee], there are two restaurants in the settlement, [Oil Floor] and [Thick Meal], both selling special pasta, located in the tree house above the park.
In addition to providing environment and catering, it also sells utensils and handicrafts, including the [Fruit and Vegetable Shop] that provides local fruits and vegetables, fruits and vegetables, local potatoes, milk and tofu; the [Bakery Shop] that grinds flour and self-raising yeast bread ; the [Ferment Shop] that makes traditional fermented food; the [Ferment Shop] that makes green land rice dishes; the [Fresh and Workshop] that makes hand-made metalworking utensils and crafts... There is also a Hsinchu Ruoshan Tea Academy, which is also a very distinctive and hidden attraction.
[Thick Food Cluster] focuses on the settlement concept of small farmers' gatherings, creating a pure natural green space in the city, from the environment to food, returning to the most basic and natural original appearance, emphasizing that what we eat should be food, not food.
As a small green world in the city, people can enjoy the leisurely pastoral scenery here, soothe the pressure of working in the city, and let people feel the endless vitality through the most natural and immersive environment experience.
