Hand is connected with one family, and Gesang and Jasmine are fragrant. In recent days, Jiangsu Province’s anti-epidemic medical team has fought on the snowy plateau, doing its best to protect the lives and health of the people, and interpreting the responsibilities and responsibilities of doctors with perseverance and dedication, winning the recognition and respect of patients. Let us feel the great love spirit of Suzan and Tibet’s family and united fight against the epidemic from the self-reported self-reported member of the Jiangsu Provincial Medical Team for Anti-epidemic Aid to Tibet and the nurse of Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital Teng Jingqi .
Teng Jingqi, male, member of the temporary cabin team of the Jiangsu Provincial Medical Team to Tibet for the Anti-epidemic, and nurse in the operating room of Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital.
I am a nurse at Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital. I feel very honored to be selected to participate in the Jiangsu Provincial Medical Team for the Anti-epidemic Aid to Tibet this time. On August 16, we received a preliminary notice that after 7 days of intense and standardized training, on August 24, we set out to support Tibet's anti-epidemic work with the trust of the Party and the government and the deep friendship of the Jiangsu people.
When I first arrived in Lhasa, I had not felt physically unwell. I was secretly happy and confident. Later, like my colleagues, I had symptoms of altitude sickness such as dizziness, headaches and nausea. Fortunately, the leaders in the front and rear were very foresighted and prepared relevant medicines for us in advance and conducted corresponding training, so that we could quickly respond to and alleviate altitude sickness. After a simple rest, we quickly entered the workplace and position - the square cabin hospital that we were eagerly looking forward to.
Our Xu Mining General Hospital medical team was uniformly assigned to the Jiangsu Provincial Medical Team's anti-epidemic medical team, mainly responsible for the Lhasa City Agglomeration Art Museum's temporary hospital. Under the unified organization of the temporary nursing team, we carried out our work in a tense and orderly manner.
As a boy, I fully utilize my advantages of being strong and energetic, conscientiously implement the treatment plan of each patient, take careful care of medical care, nursing, psychology, etc., and strive to be meticulous and standardized and orderly. Although I couldn't speak, I tried my best to communicate with patients through translators, gesture language, facial expressions, etc., and successfully completed the treatment and nursing task. I think language barriers are an obstacle, but they do not affect the communication between us and patients, nor will they affect the emotions between our medical team and patients. Language improper will not hinder us from conveying sincere wishes on behalf of the people of Jiangsu, because we are close to our hearts with our Tibetan compatriots. Just as the Tibetan guy who translated us said, smiles also have the magic of healing pain. We have no distance, we move forward side by side!
September is the 8th day of our arrival in Tibet. The sun shines through the high glass of the square cabin hospital in every corner of the room, and from time to time on my and the patient's faces. As usual, I walked through the long marching corridor. All the patients treated here are asymptomatic who should have enjoyed a happy life of reuniting with their families, but they were quarantined here due to the epidemic. I want to do something for them to get them up soon.
"Three points of treatment, seven points of nursing", I think what they need more at this moment is psychological care. So, I came to each bed and asked over and over again: "How do you feel? Are you feeling uncomfortable? Is there enough lunch? Do you need to add some more? What supplies are missing?" When I inspected a young patient under one year old, I couldn't help but think of my baby. I wonder if she was obedient at home, was eating sweetly, and was still staring at the door with her longing eyes waiting for me to go home... Although a sigh of sorrow surged in my heart, I still cheered up and took care of every young patient more gently.
htmlOn the morning of September 2, when I reached bed 512, a shy Tibetan guy shyly handed me a note. Does he have any demands that are difficult to speak? I took the note and opened it to check it. What caught my eye was Tibetan text that I couldn't understand. Some Chinese characters were integrated into the intervals. Although the font was not beautiful, it was very serious and neat. This was a letter of thanks to Tibetan and Chinese bilingual thanks.Looking at the young man again, he was looking at me with his gratitude and expectation. At this time, I understood his trust, his heartfelt gratitude, and his sincere emotions. This emotion is for me, for our medical team, and for the Party and the government!
Although I have only worked in Xu Mining General Hospital for more than a year, with the training of the hospital and department and the help of my colleagues, my personal ability and ideological level have been greatly improved. Especially for more than 20 days of fighting the epidemic in aid to Tibet, I have witnessed that our medical team members work hard every day, especially the majority of party members, who have truly taken the lead and are my role model to learn from. This cross-provincial and regional anti-epidemic support has made me feel the powerful power of our party and government more deeply, and has inspired me to move closer to the party organization and strive to be a "loyal guard who safeguards the core and a guard who protects the health of the masses". I also need to work harder and harder to become a glorious Communist Party member as soon as possible, so that the patients I serve can understand the original aspiration and mission of a medical staff and show the feelings of a Communist Party member for the people.
