2 According to the " Regulations on Civilian Personnel of the People's Liberation Army of China " and relevant policies and regulations, the Army openly recruits 1,559 civilian personnel of professional skills in the People's Liberation Army of China in 2022. 1. Recruitment positions
Repair workers, custodians, cashiers, drivers, civil servants, etc. of employers under the army's colleges and rest institutions.
2. Recruitment targets
Social personnel who meet the qualification requirements for recruitment positions (including fresh graduates of colleges and universities, retired military personnel ).
3. Application conditions
1. Political conditions. It should meet the standards for the political assessment of the military's recruitment and employment of civilian personnel.
2. Qualification conditions. You should have the corresponding professional skills qualifications or abilities required by the position.
3. Educational requirements. You should have the required education.
4. Age conditions. Those who apply for professional skills level 3 or 4 positions shall not be over 35 years old (born after October 31, 1986); those who apply for professional skills level 5 or ordinary positions shall not be over 30 years old (born after October 31, 1991).
5. Physical conditions. It should meet the standard conditions for recruiting and hiring civilian personnel in the military to check physical examination .
6. Household registration conditions. Except for some positions, the registered residence of the candidates shall, in principle, belong to the same province (autonomous region, municipality) as the employer.
7. Other conditions. On the premise of meeting the above basic conditions, the specific recruitment conditions shall be determined by the employer according to the position needs. The deadline for applicants to obtain corresponding academic qualifications and professional skills is October 31, 2022.
4. Recruitment procedures
1. Publish recruitment information. The Army issued an announcement through the Military Talent Network
(website: http://www.81rc.mil.cn or http://81rc.81.cn).
2. Register online. The registration time for is from 08:00 on October 10 to 18:00 on October 20. Applicants log in to the Military Talent Network for recruiting civilian personnel in professional and skilled positions in the 2022 (registration portal), fill in personal information truthfully as required, and select employers and positions to apply for. When choosing a position, you must confirm one by one whether you meet the corresponding conditions. Applicants can pay the registration fee (50 yuan per person) immediately or before the registration deadline using the online payment method. The applicant will successfully pay the fee and print out the registration receipt. It is valid for the registration. Registration information and refund will not be changed after registration and payment.

According to the "Regulations on Civilian Personnel of the People's Liberation Army of China" and relevant policies and regulations, the matters related to the public recruitment of civilian personnel of professional skills
11 1. Recruitment positions
Air Force colleges , scientific research institutions, training institutions, health institutions and other units, mainly including archivist, computer operator, video staff, security card administrator, food safety inspector, hygienist, driver, etc.
2. Recruitment objects
Recruitment objects are social personnel who meet the job qualification requirements (including fresh graduates and retired soldiers).
According to relevant military policies, it is possible to recruit military martyrs, spouses and children of soldiers who died in the line of duty, brothers and sisters of unmarried military martyrs, and spouses of active-duty military martyrs.
III. Recruitment conditions
(I) Political conditions. It should comply with the relevant regulations on the political assessment of the recruitment and employment of civilian personnel in the military.
(II) Qualification conditions. You must obtain the corresponding professional qualifications (job types) related to the recruitment position or have the job requirements.
(III) Educational requirements. You should have the corresponding college degree or above required for the recruitment position.
(IV) Age conditions.Those who apply for professional skills level 3 or 4 positions shall not be over 35 years old (born after October 31, 1986); those who apply for professional skills level 5 positions shall not be over 30 years old (born after October 31, 1991).
(V) Physical conditions. It should comply with the relevant regulations on the recruitment and employment of civilian personnel in the military.
(VI) Household registration conditions. In principle, the place of household registration shall belong to the same province (autonomous region, municipality directly under the central government) as the employer.
