TNLA and government forces clashed near Mogok, causing casualties.
Between 7 pm and 9 pm on November 24, the Deang National Liberation Army TNLA and government forces were in Benbi, about 6 miles away from Mogok, Mandalay. Clashes broke out in the village, Dado Mountain and near the bridge foundation.
Regarding the conflict, the reporter contacted General Jordan, a spokesman for the National Defense Forces. He said, “The government forces stationed in Mogok have received the news, so when they were patrolling in an ambush 2000 meters north of Mogok, about 30 TNLA armed Coming from the village of Manna, afterwards, the TNLA armed forces continued to move north, so there was a conflict. The conflict lasted for more than an hour. For the security of Mogok town, there was a conflict between government forces on patrol. In Mogok, TNLA has been infiltrating operations for the past four months. One of our soldiers died and one was injured.” Z3z
VOM media has contacted TNLA regarding the conflict, but has not yet received their response.
According to unconfirmed information, four injured patients related to the fighting have been sent to Mogok Hospital. A security chief in Mogok said, "This morning was very quiet. I heard from the outside that some military personnel were injured in the conflict and were sent to the hospital. Of course, I can't go to confirm it. Ruigu Temple is here again today. More than a dozen refugees, plus the previous 60, are now being taken in by the abbot of the temple."
There will be a small conflict in the local area at this time in previous years. It will not last long, and local residents are currently observing the situation.
