In the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act for 2023, the United States clearly proposed to provide the Taiwan authorities with a military loan of US$10 billion in the next five years, and the Taiwan authorities also extended the compulsory military service period from four months to one year.
Faced with the situation where the United States and Taiwan are colluding more and more closely, and hegemonists and people who have forgotten their ancestors are colluding in collusion, our military has taken decisive measures. According to Taiwan media, since the end of last year, the People's Liberation Army fighter jets have frequently flown across the "central line of the strait" illegally demarcated by the Taiwan authorities, and for the first time in history, they have approached the air defense circle in downtown Taipei.

"United Daily News" commented that according to the "Schematic Map of the People's Liberation Army's Into the Airspace Around Taiwan" released by the Taiwan region's defense department, the PLA's military aircraft are only a thin line away from the Taiwan Island. Some map experts calculated based on the scale and found that the straight-line distance between the eight PLA fighter planes and Hsinchu and Taoyuan City is likely to be within 24 nautical miles. This means that the air-to-ground missiles and laser-guided bombs mounted on the J-10 fighter jets and J-16 fighter jets can launch air strikes against Taiwan at any time. Taiwanese media exclaimed that it had never happened before that PLA fighter jets were so close to Taiwan Island.
Taiwanese military expert Shu Xiaohuang said that the airspace entered by the People's Liberation Army fighter planes this time is the core area of Taiwan's air defense. Taipei, where the Taiwan authorities are located, and Hsinchu, where the headquarters of TSMC, the economic pillar of Taiwan Province, are located in this area. Now the political and economic center of Taiwan will be completely within the range of the PLA's air-launched firepower. Moreover, although the Taiwan military has deployed a large number of anti-aircraft missiles in northern Taiwan, it has deployed very few fighter jets.
At present, only Hsinchu Airport in northern Taiwan can take off and land Mirage-2000 fighter aircraft . This old fourth-generation aircraft that first flew in the 1970s has no ability to compete with the People's Liberation Army's J-10C, J-16 and other fourth-and-a-half-generation fighter jets. Moreover, it takes at least ten minutes for the Mirage-2000 fighter jets stationed at Hsinchu Airport to take off. If the PLA fighter jets take off from Pingtan, Fujian, they can reach Hsinchu in less than seven minutes. If it fires air-to-ground weapons at Hsinchu Airport immediately after takeoff, it will only take less than five minutes. Therefore, the Taiwan Air Force is helpless against the PLA fighters entering the airspace in northern Taiwan.
People who have forgotten their ancestors on the island have fallen into a state of anxiety. In the past, PLA fighter planes frequently entered Taiwan's southwest airspace. However, the southwest area of Taiwan island is mainly an agricultural area, has a relatively backward economy, and is far from Taipei City. Therefore, the Taiwan authorities can comfort themselves and think that they have nothing to worry about. However, now that the People's Liberation Army fighter jets are approaching Taipei's air defense perimeter, the straight-line distance to Taiwan Island is probably less than 40 kilometers. The political center of the Taiwan authorities and the economic pillar of Taiwan Province are all within the coverage of the People's Liberation Army's air-launched firepower. In this way, the Taiwan authorities can no longer deceive themselves and others.
