Just as Huang Hua was reading the letter carefully, Feng Guankui, who was instructed, suddenly broke in, fired a few shots at Huang Hua and then ran away.
Unfortunately, Huang Hua, who heard the gunshot, had no time to dodge and fell to the ground and died on the spot after being shot in the head. Huang Hua's wife Gu Lanqing came with her newborn daughter in her arms, and she was heartbroken and crying in tears when she looked at the terrible scene in front of her.
After that, the mother and daughter had to rely on each other and share weal and woe. However, when following the troops all the way south, Gu Lanqing and his youngest daughter bizarrely "disappeared" for some reason.
Just as everyone was looking for Huang Hua's family, unexpectedly, in 2007, an old lady named Liu Lubin actually claimed to be the daughter of the revolutionary martyr Huang Hua. What is even more incredible is that afterwards, Liu Lubin was indeed the little girl in Gu Lanqing's arms on the day Huang Hua was killed.
So, why did Gu Lanqing and his daughter bizarrely "disappear" after Huang Hua was killed? Is Liu Lubin Huang Hua's biological daughter? What's going on?
1. He was assassinated because of jealousy and hatred. He was brutally assassinated
Huang Hua was born in Yangxin County, Hubei in 1911. His original name was Huang Jinshan and Huang Weiyou. Due to the need to keep the war confidentiality during the Anti-Japanese War, he changed his name to Huang Hua in 1937.
With his extraordinary military command skills and outstanding results, Huang Hua was transferred to Hebei-Shandong Border Region in mid-March 1940, serving as deputy commander of the Western Shandong Military Region, and was warmly welcomed by local Eighth Route Army soldiers and militias.

However, just as everyone praised Huang Hua, commander Xing Renfu became hated because of his jealousy, turned his head back to his room, and closed the door viciously. After a while, a harsh sound came from his room when the teacup was broken.
However, at this time, Xing Renfu just felt that the new Deputy Commander Huang Hua had stolen his limelight, so he was so jealous of him. But when Xing Renfu saw the list of selected study personnel sent by Yan'an Party School on June 29, 1943, an evil thought emerged in his mind.
It turns out that on this study list, Xing Renfu's name is not only listed, but there is also a line of small words on the list clearly: During Xing Renfu's study at Yan'an Party School, the commander of the Western Shandong Military Region was temporarily replaced by Huang Hua, responsible for all military work in the military region.
In fact, in our opinion, this is just a normal work handover, but Xing Renfu "judged the gentleman with the heart of a villain". He mistakenly believed in his heart that this must be the cause of Deputy Commander Huang Hua, who wanted to drive himself to Yan'an, and then he took over as the commander of the Western Shandong Military Region, thus justifyingly seizing military power.
Thinking of this, Xing Renfu suddenly became angry and tore the list of selected personnel to pieces and threw them hard on the ground, and stomped them hard with his feet.
That night, after careful consideration, Xing Renfu immediately called his confidant Secretary Zhou Yunhong and the captain of the pistol team Feng Guankui to his room.
About an hour later, Zhou and Feng left in a hurry. At this time, Xing Renfu, who was standing at the door of the room, was smoking proudly, while showing a terrifying and terrifying smile on his face.

The anxious Feng Guankui kicked the sentry to the ground and cursed: "Commander Xing asked me to come to Deputy Commander Huang, which delayed the matter. I will kill you with one shot!" After that, Feng Guankui pushed the door open and entered in with great might.
Just as Huang Hua was reading the letter carefully, Feng Guankui, who suddenly broke into the venue, fired a few shots at Huang Hua and then ran away. Unfortunately, Huang Hua, who heard the gunshots, had no time to dodge and fell to the ground and died on the spot after being shot in the head.
At the same time, several other military and political cadres on the venue also suffered gunshot wounds to varying degrees. The tabletop, chairs and the floor were covered with bright red blood. The scene was terrible and it was really heartbreaking.
When Huang Hua's wife Gu Lanqing came with her newborn little daughter in her arms, she looked at Huang Hua who was lying in a pool of blood in front of her, and she was heartbroken and crying.
The guards who came with him tried to help Gu Lanqing, who was slumped on the ground several times in a row, but because she was too sad, her legs temporarily lost consciousness and could not stand up at all.
At this time, a cadre with mild injuries raised his arm hard and pointed at a guard, asking him to report the matter to Commander Xing Renfu, and at the same time ordered the quick arrest of Zhou Yunhong and Feng Guankui.
However, it was not until the next day that everyone found out the truth of the tragedy. It turned out that this was actually an assassination of Huang Hua. , and all of this was a conspiracy decided by Xing Renfu in advance with Zhou Yunhong, Feng Guankui and others. The most fundamental purpose is to get rid of Huang Hua. However, the criminal Xing Renfu, whose hands were covered in Huang Hua's blood, had already fled to Tianjin.
After learning about this, the Party Central Committee and the Military Commission were very shocked and immediately sent people to arrest the fugitive Xing Renfu.
At the same time, in order to commend Huang Hua's contribution to the War of Resistance Against Japan, Xinqing County, Shandong Province, where Huang Hua was killed, was renamed Huanghua County (later transferred to Hebei and established as Huanghua City ), in order to commemorate the revolutionary martyr Comrade Huang Hua.
2. A thousand twists and turns, keep the secret
As the saying goes, "Good and evil will be rewarded in the end." Xing Renfu, who fled to Tianjin, first became a Japanese traitor, and then became a spy of the Kuomintang, and changed his name to Luozhen to cover up his eyes and get away with the law. However, it is gratifying that Xing Renfu, who treasoned the country and the party, was successfully captured by the People's Liberation Army during the Battle of Liberation in Tianjin.
On September 7, 1950, Xing Renfu, who deserved the crime, knelt at the public trial meeting of 10,000 people, and was executed by firing amid the condemnation and scolding of the people, in order to comfort the spirit of the martyr Huang Hua in heaven.
At the same time, Huang Hua's wife Gu Lanqing took her youngest daughter to follow the troops all the way south. During this period, Gu Lanqing changed his name to Wang Yi, remarried to Huang Hua's secretary Liu Liangming, and changed his youngest daughter Huang Lubin's name to Liu Lubin, hoping to start a new life with this.
After the founding of New China, Liu Liangming was assigned to work at the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Machinery, Gu Lanqing and his daughter also settled in Hangzhou, Zhejiang with Liu Liangming.
1953, Gu Lanqing, whose life, family and work have stabilized, decided to go to Shandong to find his eldest daughter and son who were fostered in the local rural areas during the Anti-Japanese War.
Unfortunately, she and Huang Hua's son were unfortunately killed in the war. Fortunately, I finally found my eldest daughter, which is a blessing in disguise.
However, it is sad that the eldest daughter, who has gone through so much hardship and finally recovered, passed away two years later due to a malignant tumor.
This means that among the three children born by Gu Lanqing and Huang Hua, only Liu Lubin, the youngest daughter living in Hangzhou, is left.
Gu Lanqing, who originally thought that the bad luck would end here, did not expect that he would suffer greater mental torture next.Since 1966, due to the reasons, Gu Lanqing has suffered from serious illness due to long-term slander.
Moreover, her condition continued to worsen, which eventually led to hemiplegia and could only lie on the hospital bed all day long. During this period, Gu Lanqing took advantage of the fact that there was no one around the hospital bed and told her daughter Liu Lubin who was taking good care of her.
It was from that time that Liu Lubin realized that Huang Hua was her biological father and Liu Liangming was her stepfather. Moreover, Liu Lubin is the only child left by Huang Hua.
At the same time, Liu Lubin also understood his mother's good intentions.
That is why my mother told her this secret until today, mainly because she was afraid of affecting her personal relationship and relationship with her stepfather and four other younger brothers and sisters. She did not want them to have a gap, but just wanted to see them live happily and grow up healthily together.
Because of this, whenever a staff member asked whether he and Huang Hua were father-daughter, Liu Lubin always denied it. This is because she wants to bury this secret in her heart forever.
It is not difficult to guess that Liu Lubin did this for nothing, but for his seriously ill mother, for his stepfather and younger brothers and sisters.

However, the mystery of the beauty of the world is that when you are powerless, a stranger in some place may accidentally help you realize your difficult wish by chance.
3. Repay the long-cherished wish and comfort the hero
In early June 2007, an old comrade named Wang Xinhua (who served as deputy director of the Cultural and Historical Materials Committee of the Huanghua Municipal CPPCC before retirement) finally contacted Liu Liangming's son Liu Luxin with the help of the Hangzhou Old Cadre Bureau.
On the phone, Wang Xinhua happily made an appointment with Liu Luxin to meet at the time and place. A few days later, Liu Luxin brought his sister Liu Lubin to the appointment.
That day, Wang Xinhua looked at Liu Lubin in front of him and the first feeling he had was: she really looked very much like Huang Hua, especially her eyebrows and eyes, which were exactly the same as Huang Hua.
After Wang Xinhua, who was excited, expressed his purpose, he immediately told Liu Lubin in detail about his experience in searching for Huang Hua's descendants for decades.
When Wang Xinhua told Huang Hua's story, Liu Lubin could no longer suppress his excitement and joy, and said with tears in his eyes: "I am Huang Hua's daughter!" After saying this, Liu Lubin immediately burst into tears.
The younger brother Liu Luxin, who was sitting next to him, suddenly realized and understood. No wonder his sister Liu Lubin used to mention a "Uncle Huang" and often praised him as a great hero.
I really didn't expect that my sister Liu Lubin actually hid this unknown secret for decades, and never revealed a word.

Immediately afterwards, With the help of people from all walks of life, Liu Lubin's wish to return to Huang Hua's hometown finally realized .
On June 27, 2007, under the local arrangement of Huanghua City, the city welcomed the daughter of Huanghua martyr Liu Lubin to "return home" with the most solemn etiquette.
On that day, the people of Huanghua City were thrilled and rushed to tell each other. They stood on both sides of the road and applauded warmly at Liu Lubin, and shouted in unison, "Welcome back to Huanghua."
Looking at the scene in front of you, the 65-year-old Liu Lubin shed tears of happiness excitedly. Accompanied by staff and citizens, Liu Lubin looked at the places where his father had visited during his lifetime with a respectful mood. Every time she stopped to meditate for a long time before slowly walking to the next place.
When Liu Lubin came to the former site of the headquarters where Huang Hua was killed, she saw tears in her eyes and staring at the tables, chairs and corners of the yard, as if she saw Huang Hua having a meeting.
While gently stroking the chair Huang Hua once sat on, she said low and affectionately: "Had, I'm back to see you! "
During this period, many locals in Huang Hua also said happily: Although Liu Lubin grew up in the south, her temperament and expression were quite like a father's style, and she really deserved to be the daughter of the martyr Huang Hua. She is like a long-lost relative in Huanghua City, and she finally came back today.
has been recognized and affirmed by the general public in Huanghua City, and all Liu Lubin’s previous concerns and worries have long disappeared.

"My father has passed away for more than 60 years, but Huang Hua's fellow villagers are still so full of feelings for him. I am very moved by this and thank you very much. Today I finally returned here. For my father under the 9th spring, it should be regarded as a comfort!"
A few days later, the old man Liu Lubin returned to Hangzhou reluctantly. Before leaving, she also expressed her thoughts to Huanghua's citizens: will definitely "go home often" in the future, because this is the place she dreams of in her life .
