2. Military work
The military work of the troops in our region must focus on improving the combat effectiveness and standardized construction level of the troops.

2 Problems requested by the military region to solve
In order to make the "Five-Year Plan for Comprehensive Construction of Defense Forces" in our district smoothly and to achieve the planning goals as scheduled, the military region requested to solve the following problems accordingly within five years:

(IV) The wired communications on the border line in our district are almost blocked due to the impact of snow in winter and floods in summer. The lines of buried poles are broken in many places, especially in the direction of Shibuchi, and the phone is almost blocked all year round.
In order to ensure uninterrupted command of the border defense line, it is recommended that the military region solve the problem of satellite communication on the border defense line; in order to strengthen effective control of the directions of Ur, Chulusongjie, Xilanta and Sharan, it is advisable to open wired communication lines of Daba-East Eradication Na, Shangang-Manza, Pulanta and Polyn-Sharan.
(V) In order to improve the military quality of officers and soldiers, a comprehensive training ground should be built in the Shiquan River and Yecheng left-behind areas, a simple shooting field should be built in each of the border defense companies, and an officer training center should be built in the Shiquan River.

(8) In recent years, under the care of the military region, border defense projects in the Taxigang, Spangguer and Qikan defense areas have been completed one after another. At present, border defense projects in Shangang, Shibuchi, Polyn, Daba and Pulan defense zones are still to be built. Please include them in the plan as soon as possible.
3. In terms of logistics work,
In order to improve the combat readiness, duty conditions and living environment of the troops in our district, it is recommended that the military region arrange the construction of the infantry battalion, Zada Border Defense Battalion Department, Reqiongka, Manza and Xilanta duty points as soon as possible. The five-year plan above is a five-year plan related to the comprehensive construction of the border defense forces in the district. The district party committee, leaders and organs, and leaders at all levels must attach great importance to it.
