Comrade Lushui is from Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province. He is a employed person. He joined the Red Army in 1930 and joined the party in 1933. After four days and nights of bloody battles, most of the 142nd Division was wiped out, and only 800 remaining enemies crossed the Jinpu Line in panic and fled back to Fuyang. The people of southern Shandong won victory again.
Not only that, Comrade Lushui also established a fine style for the army to carry forward democratic in-depth command. He has a good relationship with soldiers, thousands of troops and the masses. Although he has a beard and looks majestic, he feels amiable and credible when he comes into contact. A reporter said that he "when he met on the first day of the first day, he was as terrifying as the summer. When he got along well, he was as warm as the winter sun!"
