The next day, we drove back to Yecheng stay home with the old chief Mu Hongqian. Along the way, we recalled many stories of "Old Jiulian" and talked about many people and things in Ali today. At about 3 pm, we successfully arrived at the Yecheng detention center. Political Commissar Li Zhiheng, Deputy Commander Yang Zengyi, Deputy Political Commissar Xiao Wangdui, and Minister of Logistics Department Liu Fumin who were at the left-behind office in Yecheng welcomed the arrival of Chief Mu Hongqian.
