In fact, this weapon still has two advantages.

Of course, from the current perspective, the S-400 is of course Mrs. Niu, and even the S-500 may not be favored. For example, 9M96E/E2 is actually positioned similarly to HQ16/16B in China, and the performance of HQ16B is already equivalent to or even surpasses Russian products.
