The South Australian government stated that it will continue to nominate all types of general skilled immigration GSM applicants, including overseas immigrants, and there are many opportunities for applicants to be nominated in South Australia.
Regarding the final 70 quotas for business innovation and investment immigration, the state government will take the following measures:
-Business Innovation Stream(188A):
The ITA process will remain open until January 31, 2023, and will be closed for the remainder of the fiscal year 2022-23. A very small number of 188A applicants who have submitted an ITA will be invited to apply for state nomination in March 2023.
- Investor stream (188B):
will not be open to new applicants for the remainder of the financial year.
-Entrepreneur stream (188E):
places are very limited.
