POA (POWER OF ATTORNEY) is the lawyer's authorization letter. In the process of buying a house in Greek , the main applicant needs to sign a POA in the two stages of buying a house and submitting an immigration application, and authorize the lawyer to complete all relevant procedures on behalf of the main applicant, so that the lawyer can handle it on his behalf when the main applicant is not present. POA can be terminated by revocation.
Generally, there are two ways to sign a POA:
1. Signing by the Greek local notary office: After the main applicant completes the Greek field visit, he will go to the Greek local notary office to sign the POA by a lawyer and a translator.
2. Signature of the Greek Embassy and Consulate in China: A Greek lawyer sent a letter to the Greek Embassy and Consulate in China to make an appointment time. The main applicant went to the Greek Embassy and Consulate in China on schedule and signed the POA with the assistance of the translation.
