1. Processing reunion residence certificate
Chinese citizens and foreign family members who have permanent residence qualifications in China foreigners apply for residence in China for reasons of family reunion. The validity period of the reunion residence permit depends on the conditions of the foreigner's family. If the family members are local residents, foreigners can be granted a residence permit with a valid period of up to 6 months to 5 years. (I) Have served for four consecutive years, and have a total of no less than three years in China within four years
(II) Good tax record
(III) The unit of employment meets the conditions
(IV) Assist in deputy general manager, deputy factory director and above, or have senior professional titles such as associate professors and associate researcher and enjoy the same treatment
4. Foreigners applying for permanent residence in China for couple reunion
Foreigners who apply for permanent residence in China shall abide by Chinese laws, be healthy, have no criminal record, and meet the following conditions:
(I) Married with a Chinese citizen;
(II) Marriage relationship lasts for 5 years;
(III) Residing in China for 5 years for 5 years, staying in China for at least 9 months each year;
