Salary increase has become the most powerful means for employers
Survey found that wages in all industries have increased by an average of 5.6% since October 2021. One in six of the employees who have worked with their employers for at least 12 months have received a pay increase in the past year, the report said.
64.3% of employees who earn more than $40 an hourly salary increase, but if the salary is less than $20, only 50% of employees receive a salary increase.
