15 years ago, Qiu Baozhu was just a ignorant girl who had just graduated from high school. At that time, in her heart, machinery and crafts were just unfamiliar words. Born in the mountainous area, his parents worked as farmers. In order to relieve family pressure, Qiu Baozhu had no choice but to give up the path of continuing to study. At this time, a flyer received in the vegetable market changed her life trajectory: the mechanical design class of a training center in Quanzhou is recruiting students. There, Qiu Baozhu came into contact with a brand new world.
"I remember that class recruited more than 40 students and 3 girls, one of which was me." Later, the other two girls in the same class as Qiu Baozhu changed their careers and the other gave up. Only Qiu Baozhu moved forward firmly on the road of mechanical design.
As the only female student in the class, everyone often says that Qiu Baozhu is "the 'factory flower' of our factory." So the workers would help her from time to time at work: the workers who couldn't grind flat knife, ball knife, and drill bit could help her, and the workers who couldn't grind straighten and correct her.
"But you can't always rely on others when doing things, otherwise you will not be able to grow." One thing still vividly remembers Qiu Baozhu. Once, Qiu Baozhu's master asked her to use 6 iron plate lock screws to make a three-dimensional box, requiring her to complete it independently by herself. In order to complete the tasks assigned by the master, Qiu Baozhu was busy until the second half of the night.
After a year of hard work, Qiu Baozhu became a technician and training instructor at the center, but her path is far more than that. Not long after, Qiu Baozhu, who was drawing the drawings, was stopped by the center's boss and learned that Hunan Sante Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was recruiting designers. So at the suggestion of her master, she joined the startup. Later, Qiu Baozhu's footsteps also followed Sante from Fujian to Taoyuan County, Hunan Province.
All work in my dreams, and I dreamed of innovation with a flash of inspiration
At that time, the company was just starting out. As the only designer, in addition to product design, mold design, and on-site processing, Qiu Baozhu also had to take time to train apprentices. He kept working overtime during the day and night, and worked overtime for more than two months, so busy that he could only eat boxed lunches in the factory every day. Later, for the sake of convenience, she simply moved into the factory.
Since the company's products must first be used forged to produce blanks, and then machine-added, assembled and sold. If the mold cannot keep up, the forging efficiency will be greatly affected, resulting in the subsequent processes being blocked. Faced with the difficulties of difficult forming of tooth molds and low mold yield, Qiu Baozhu is determined to overcome this mold difficulty.

Qiu Baozhu told reporters that when she was busy, she would dream of working. Once, she even dreamed of innovation points with inspiration. When she woke up, she sorted out her ideas and "in the end she applied for a patent." After more than ten years of experience, Qiu Baozhu has applied for 27 patents and has authorized 14 invention patents, including 5 invention patents. The high wear resistance and easy disassembly industrial oil chain technology invented by her has also filled the gap in this technology in China.
