On October 10, Zhai Hui, Dean and Professor of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Kunming University of Science and Technology, led an expert group to Yongping County to carry out a "look back" on-site assessment of the normalization of the construction of "beautiful county towns".
expert group visited Qudong Ancient Town, Yongping County Station Square, Bonan Industrial (Logistics) Park, Yunnan Housheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., "Yongping Gate", Bonan Road Comprehensive Green Belt, Bonan Cultural Park, County Comprehensive Trade Market, Old Street Community and other places to inspect the development of tourism, industrial cultivation and growth, walnut acquisition and processing and sales, industrial park planning and construction, urban road traffic infrastructure, public facilities construction, collective market planning and operation, old urban area renovation and upgrading, etc.
Through on-site viewing and listening to reports, the expert group unanimously believed that Yongping County's "beautiful county town" has achieved remarkable results and the county town environment is very beautiful.
Then, a work report meeting on the normalized "look back" of the construction of "beautiful county town" in Yongping County was held. Participants watched the special film on the optimization and improvement of the construction of "beautiful county town" in Yongping County, and listened to the report on the normalized "look back" of the construction of "beautiful county town" in Yongping County; members of the expert group checked the work log information.
Expert group fully affirmed the construction of Yongping County's "beautiful county town", believing that Yongping County is convenient in location, superior in natural conditions, and has a large space for urban development. In the next step of work, we must give full play to our location advantages, further optimize urban planning, focus on the five major elements of "characteristics, industry, ecology, cleanliness, and wisdom", carefully compare the indicator system, and continuously consolidate and improve the quality of "beautiful county town".
