On September 30, Ms. Natafa, Assistant Minister of Justice of Thailand, went to a local resident's home with officials from Nakhon Phanon, Thailand, to help a 16-year-old girl. It is understood that the girl was sexually assaulted by her stepfather since she was 8 years old, and the girl's biological mother not only turned a blind eye, but instead helped the evil, which eventually led to the girl getting pregnant and giving birth to a baby girl.

It is reported that the girl's sister is married, and she and her sister live with her stepfather with her mother. It was not until she was sexually assaulted by her stepfather and was about 5-6 months pregnant that relatives and neighbors discovered the matter and reported the case to the police. Subsequently, the local police went to the home of the victim to investigate, arrested his 51-year-old stepfather and 47-year-old biological mother, and prosecuted his stepfather for taking drugs and raping a child under the age of 13, prosecuted his biological mother for taking drugs and selling drugs, and detained the couple in Nakhon Phanon Prison, awaiting the verdict of the local court.

Ms. Natafa revealed that the girl gave birth to a baby girl in July this year, and after receiving information from the local police and relevant departments, the Ministry of Justice went to the victim's home to provide help and care. She said that the girl endured the torture and injury of her stepfather for nearly 10 years, and her biological mother ignored her, which eventually led to the girl's pregnancy. The couple had a history of drug use and forced the girl to take drugs. Fortunately, the girl resisted her hard to avoid drug abuse. Therefore, the relevant departments will definitely hold two people accountable in strict accordance with legal procedures.

At present, the girl lives in a renovated dilapidated wooden house. The conditions are simple and there is no water supply system. She still needs to complete her studies while taking care of a 2-year-old baby and has not received formal psychological counseling. Therefore, the relevant departments will provide preliminary assistance to the girls and set up a foundation, hoping that kind-hearted people from all walks of life will donate love to ensure the healthy growth of babies and help girls have a bright future.
