The Chinese Embassy in Pakistan issued a notice on adjusting the pre-boarding testing requirements for passengers from Islamabad to China notify.
In accordance with the latest domestic requirements and taking into account the current epidemic situation in Pakistan, our consulate will make the following adjustments to the application conditions for the health code for passengers traveling from Islamabad to China from the date of the announcement:
(1) Before canceling boarding The 7-day nucleic acid pre-test encourages all passengers to consciously conduct self-health monitoring.
(2) Cancel IgM serum antibody detection. For all passengers (including those who have received the inactivated vaccine , non-inactivated vaccine, those who have not been vaccinated, those who have not been fully vaccinated, and those who have been infected), the cross-double test within 24 hours before departure will be changed to "double nucleic acid test" 48 hours before departure. (3) Cancel the requirement for lung imaging examinations for people with a history of previous infection. After 6 weeks of recovery for previously infected persons (subject to two negative nucleic acid reports and recovery reports more than 24 hours apart after the nucleic acid turns negative), relevant certification materials and a health monitoring form for the 14 days before boarding (included in the 6 weeks ), you can apply for a health code.
(4) Landing crew members who plan to take flights back to China will be subject to the same standards as ordinary personnel going to China.
Those planning to go to China are advised to take precautions before traveling to avoid being detained due to a positive test before boarding or being imported after entry.
After this adjustment, the process of obtaining a health code mainly includes pre-departure self-health monitoring (the number of quarantine days for Chinese-funded enterprise personnel in Pakistan is adjusted to 10 days, and the company will stamp the health monitoring form for confirmation), and dual nucleic acid testing 48 hours before boarding. Test and submit relevant materials to apply for a health code; go to the airport for a rapid nucleic acid test (hereinafter referred to as "rapid test") within 12 hours before boarding and obtain a rapid test report. Our Embassy will issue a blue health code to all direct flight passengers to China who have completed the 48-hour cross-double test and submitted materials and test results and passed the review. Passengers holding the blue code must also present the airport nucleic acid test kit within 12 hours. Please board the plane with a negative test report, and a hard copy of the quick test result must be submitted to the airline for inspection and retention.
The relevant procedures and required materials required to apply for a health code are as follows:
1. Testing requirements
All passengers should complete the "double nucleic acid" test 48 hours before boarding, and the airport rapid inspection 12 hours before boarding, 2 rounds (3 times) ) The test contents are all nucleic acid (PCR) tests.
All passengers should undergo "dual nucleic acid" testing at 2 different designated testing institutions in our hotel within 48 hours before boarding (IDC, EXCEL, and GCC can all conduct this round of testing). All institutions accept appointments for door-to-door sampling services; boarding Within the first 12 hours, go to the designated rapid testing agency at the airport for a 12-hour rapid test (please be sure to properly arrange your itinerary according to the specific rapid test time of each flight) and obtain the test report directly from the testing agency. Under normal circumstances, it takes about 6 hours from sampling to obtaining the report. Ordinary nucleic acid test takes about 1.5-2 hours. 2. Health monitoring

4. Special reminder

The Chinese Embassy in Uzbekistan issued a notice on updating the requirements for applying for a health code.
Uzbekistan Airlines Tashkent-Xi'an HY501 flight will resume operations in the near future. According to the requirements of relevant domestic departments, from now on, the requirements for testing, isolation and applying for health codes for passengers taking flights from Uzbekistan to China will be updated as follows:
1. Testing requirements
Passengers only need to submit 48 hours and 12 hours before boarding the flight. The Sino-Ukrainian Medical Science and Technology City and NDC-Medic, designated testing institutions of the embassy, will conduct a nucleic acid test (i.e. "double nucleic acid") within 1 hour respectively, and there is no need to conduct a nucleic acid test or serum antibody test on the 14th day before boarding. If the flight takes off in the morning or late at night, the nucleic acid test time limit can be appropriately extended (no more than 6 hours) within 12 hours before boarding.
For example: the flight departure time is 11:00 on June 9, then the nucleic acid test 48 hours before boarding should be conducted after 11:00 on June 7, and the test within 12 hours should be conducted after 17:00 on the 8th.
2. Closed-loop management and health monitoring
(1) The closed-loop management time for Chinese-funded enterprise personnel is adjusted from 21 days to 10 days. Enterprises need to issue an "Enterprise Quarantine Commitment Letter" to relevant personnel.
(2) The centralized closed-loop management time for personnel of non-Chinese-funded enterprises is adjusted to 5 days. Passengers must go to the airline's designated quarantine hotel for centralized closed-loop management with a negative nucleic acid test report issued by the embassy's designated testing agency the previous day.
(3) Passengers are encouraged to conduct self-health monitoring 14 days before travel, but there is no need to fill in the "Self-Health Monitoring Form".
3. Regarding the conditional examination and issuance of health codes for persons with a history of previous infection
Persons with a history of previous infection refer to persons who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have had a positive nucleic acid test. Such people need to provide two negative nucleic acid test certificates issued by local medical institutions after recovery (the sampling time must be more than 24 hours apart) to confirm recovery. If the latest issuance date of the negative nucleic acid test certificate is more than 3 months ago, you can take a "double nucleic acid" test within 48 hours and 12 hours before departure according to the requirements of ordinary passengers. After passing the test, you can apply for a health code.
4. Regarding the scope of temporary suspension of the issuance of health codes
(1) Health codes are temporarily not issued to passengers from third countries who are transiting to China via Uzbekistan;
(2) Health codes are not temporarily allowed to be issued to people traveling to Uzbekistan on business from third countries (holding valid travel documents) (Uzbekistan visa or visa-free entry), please apply for a visa to (return to) a third country before coming to Uzbekistan;
(3) Health codes will not be issued to close contacts. Close contacts, that is, people who have been in close contact with suspected cases and confirmed cases but did not take effective protection starting 2 days before the onset of symptoms of suspected cases and confirmed cases, or 2 days before specimen sampling of asymptomatic infected persons .For example: family members, colleagues, classmates, etc. who travel with confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections (subject to positive nucleic acid test results), the above people will be treated as close contacts. The parties concerned need to conduct a 14-day health monitoring period. During the monitoring period, they will go to the embassy's designated testing agency for nucleic acid testing on the 1st, 4th, and 7th days. If the results are negative, they can apply for a health code according to the normal process;
(4) is not suspected Case staff review and issue health codes. Suspected cases are those who have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, and respiratory discomfort within 14 days before travel. 5. Health Code Application Process
In order to prevent applicants from being blocked from boarding due to their inability to apply for a health code in time, applicants can apply through the WeChat "Epidemic Prevention Health Code International Version" small number after obtaining the nucleic acid test report 48 hours before boarding. Procedure (search "Epidemic Prevention Health Code International Version" on WeChat or scan the QR code below) to upload the materials, apply for the "Blue Health Code" (format attached) to our consulate, and present the blue health code to the airline when boarding.
