It is understood that the "Henan Economic Blue Book (2023)" focuses on "precise efforts to stabilize the economy" With the theme of "Economy", we conducted an in-depth and systematic analysis of the main trends of Henan's economic operation in 2022 and the trend of Henan's economic development in 2023. We studied and discussed Henan's measures to stabilize the economy in an all-round and multi-angle manner, and put forward policy suggestions for Henan to anchor the "two guarantees" and fully implement the "Ten Strategies" in the new stage.

"Henan Economic Development Report (2023)" evaluation report - "2 "Evaluation Report on Economic Comprehensive Competitiveness of Municipalities in Henan Province in 2022" has constructed an evaluation index system for the comprehensive economic competitiveness of municipalities in Henan Province, consisting of 7 first-level indicators and 25 secondary indicators. The "Henan Economic Development Report (2023)" evaluation report - the "2022 Henan Province County Economy High-Quality Development Evaluation Report" constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of the county economy in Henan Province from multiple perspectives such as the scale and structure of high-quality development of the county economy, and evaluates the high-quality development level of the county economy in 102 counties and cities in Henan Province.
The study found that Xinzheng, Gongyi, Zhongmou, Yima, Xinmi and other counties and cities continued to maintain the advantages of high-quality development. The county economic development pattern has changed slightly, and the differences in the development of different counties and cities are more obvious.
At the seminar, participating experts and scholars combined the spirit of the economic work conference to discuss Henan's ideas and measures to stabilize the economic market from different angles. They also conducted extensive exchanges on major issues related to Henan's anchoring of the "two guarantees" in the new stage, the comprehensive implementation of the "Ten Major Strategies" and the promotion of the construction of modern Henan.
