Faced with the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control and the urgent task of building a city, the Qingfu Town Party Committee has always practiced "solution thinking" and taken the initiative to solve the dilemma. We strictly implemented normalized epidemic prevention and control measures, established 12 temporary party branches, and set up 51 vanguard posts for party members, giving full play to the role of grassroots party organizations as battle fortresses and party members as vanguard and exemplary role. Actively leverage the regional party-building and joint-building mechanism, increase publicity efforts, facilitate residents in the jurisdiction to receive vaccines nearby, and make every effort to promote the completion of vaccination for the elderly. Multiple measures have been taken to create an atmosphere of civilized creation. Third-level cadres have carried out "carpet cleaning" of dead spots in the area 120 times, and comprehensively rectified the phenomenon of random parking of bicycles and electric vehicles. They have distributed more than 5,000 copies of the "National Civilized City Promotional Manual" to residents, and have replaced more than 1,000 outdoor promotional materials.
