This is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core based on the conditions of Tibet and grasping the laws of development. The major institutional innovation of the ministry's talent aid to Tibet fully reflects the firm determination of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core to promote the high-quality development of Tibet's medical education industry, and fully reflects General Secretary Xi Jinping's special care and love for the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet. Carrying out "group-type" assistance work for medical and educational talents in Tibet is an important carrier for forging the consciousness of the Chinese nation's community, an important platform for promoting extensive exchanges, exchanges and integration among all ethnic groups, and a powerful starting point for the simultaneous realization of Chinese-style modernization. It is of great significance for promoting the long-term stability and high-quality development of Shigatse. The
meeting emphasized that departments at all levels in Shigatse and the "group-type" aid to Tibet work team must conscientiously implement the Party Central Committee's guidelines and policies on "group-type" aid to Tibet and the decisions and arrangements of the autonomous region party committee, and insist on supporting front and rear affairs. We should move in the same direction and work in the same direction, deeply integrate and develop collaboratively on both sides, adhere to the orientation of people's livelihood, work together to overcome difficulties, continue to implement the "group-style" assistance to Tibet, continuously improve the medical level of assisted hospitals, and continue to improve the quality of education in assisted schools.
