Recently, Ukrainian special forces used drone air strikes airports in the heart of Russia. The United States and other Western countries feel highly nervous. All parties are worried that Ukraine will have a little too much, which will make Russia vent its anger on NATO , which will eventually lead to the two major military groups directly seeing the high and low levels in Ukraine. This is a situation that the United States and other Western countries do not want to see. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kureba explained this issue in an interview with the US media, and also gave the West peace of mind.

First, don’t worry about how much damage the collapse of Russia will cause to the world. Kureba said that Russia had collapsed twice in the 20th century and did not cause any harm to the world, and countries lived better. The so-called collapse of Russia once refers to the end of the Romanov dynasty in 1917, and the other refers to the disintegration of the Soviet Union in 1991. Kureba said that both collapses buried the Russian Empire, but liberated more countries and led them to freedom. This shows that Russia's collapse is a good thing for the world, not a catastrophe that the West is afraid of.
Second, since Russia invaded Ukraine, as a country with independent sovereignty, Ukraine can certainly take measures that Ukraine believes are beneficial to itself to launch an attack on Russia. This time, Ukrainian drones crossed the border and penetrated into Russia's hinterland and attacked the Russian Air Force airport, which undoubtedly meant to show Russia's determination to never surrender. Kureba made it clear that Ukraine's actions in the future will continue until Russia compromises and completely withdraws from Ukrainian territory. Another determination expressed by Kureba is to tell Western countries that Ukraine will definitely fight to the end.

Third, Kureba changed the subject and said that Ukraine has been fighting with Russia for almost 10 months. Ukraine faces many difficulties. The biggest difficulty is that after the energy infrastructure is attacked by Russia, it requires a large number of emergency generators. The main problem is that the weapons and equipment used by the Ukrainian army are too much loss, and we are eager to provide more assistance to the United States and NATO, and at the same time provide Ukraine with more powerful weapons and equipment. Only in this way can Ukraine defeat Russia.
Recently, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kureba made his latest statement on the Russian-Ukrainian issue in an interview with US media including " Washington Post ". Ukraine's attitude can also be seen from Kureba's overall discussion.
First of all, Kureba proposed that don’t worry about Russia’s collapse, nor how much harm the collapse of Russia will cause to the world. This is completely self-intimidation. After seeing Curleba's speech, I can only sigh that Curleba is still too young. Although Russia has experienced two collapses and disintegrations in the 20th century, the reasons for the two collapses and disintegrations are different.
On the one hand, in February 1917, the Romanov dynasty ended its 300-year rule, and Tsarist Russian Empire collapsed, but this collapse was caused by many reasons.

First, in the capital of Petrograd, the power in the hands of the Tsar was actually very weak. Nearly tens of millions of Russian troops were engaged in the Eastern Front and fighting with Germany. Although there are tens of millions of troops on the front line, Petrograd's defensive power, especially the power loyal to the Tsar, was very weak. Once there was a stir, the Tsar could only sigh. The power in his hands was not enough to deal with the rebellion.
Second, The reason for the collapse of Tsar Russia is not only because the power in the hands of the Tsar is relatively weak, but more importantly, the confidant ministers under the Tsar betrayed one by one. He also reached a compromise or exchange conditions with the then bourgeois political parties, that is, to demand the Tsar abdication and establish a bourgeois provisional government, which means that the Tsar has been betrayed by everyone.
Third, the end of the Romanov dynasty in 1917 and the abdication of the Tsar did not have a huge impact on the world because it followed the trend of history.Although the October Revolution happened later, it was already the October 2009 of the Russian calendar. At that time, the collapse of the Tsarist Empire was mainly due to the joint force of internal and external forces. The dynasty that had lasted for 300 years could no longer be maintained. Therefore, the Tsar could only abdicate automatically in accordance with public opinion to preserve the Romanov royal family.
or above are the three main reasons for the collapse of the Tsar Empire in 1917. Of course, there are other reasons for the collapse of the Tsar Empire, but due to limited time, it is impossible to unfold one by one.

On the other hand, Russia's second collapse refers to the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, and there are many internal and external reasons for the collapse of the Soviet Union.
First, as the president of the Soviet Union, Gorbachev, , was weak and powerless, and could not face such a difficult situation, so he could only choose to "lie down". From Gorbachev's perspective, the central government of the alliance has been completely paralyzed.
Second, the republic power represented by Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, three main franchise republics, , and , is unwilling to live together again, so countries proposed the " Minsk Agreement " to choose to break up peacefully.
Third, after Gorbachev opened the country's door, he completely embraced the West, which led to a large number of Western ideas entering Soviet society, which quickly corroded the Soviet psychology. So much so that the vast majority of Soviets believed that as long as they gave up communism and threw themselves into the arms of the West, they could live a good life immediately. Western countries painted a "big cake" for the Soviet people and allowed them to voluntarily disarm.
or above are the three main reasons for the collapse of the Soviet Union. Of course, there are many reasons for the collapse of the Soviet Union, and we can only talk about this at the moment. Although there were bloody incidents in these two disintegrations, they were generally peaceful breakups. Both the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union were willing to take the initiative to split up and get together, which did not cause any greater harm to the world. Otherwise, as for the power of nuclear weapon , which could destroy the entire world at that time, if the hardliners came to power and took power, the Soviet Union would definitely not be able to disintegrate. As the Soviet Union's old rival, the United States did not expect the Soviet Union to disintegrate in this way. After understanding the history of the two disintegrations of Russia, facing Kureba's statement, I can only say that Kureba is indeed too young and does not understand the real reason for the two disintegrations.

Secondly, Kureba said that the West should not be afraid of Russia's disintegration. The reason for fear of Russia's disintegration is nothing more than worrying that Russia will play with self-destruction, and finally bringing everyone to the end. Kureba believes that this is absolutely impossible and gives his own reasons.
first, Russia is very big. Russia owns more than 17 million square kilometers of land, and it can be disintegrated again. After all, splitting into many small countries means security to the European continent and stability to the world. Kureba believes that Russia is very big, so he doesn’t feel sorry for selling his land.
Second, Kureba believes that now Putin Putin manipulates Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Putin has been resentful and angry in Russia. Under the strong sanctions of the United States and other Western countries and even the whole world, Russia is currently in great difficulty, especially inflicting a heavy blow to the spirit of the Russians. After being labeled as an invader, Russia's humanities, history, culture, art, gymnastics, and commodities were all abandoned from the Western order. This forces Russia to make a choice, either to let Putin step down or continue to endure sanctions, which puts huge pressure on Russia, so that it has only one way to go, that is, hand over Putin to compromise with the West. It is based on spiritual cognitive operations that Kureba believes that if Russia will disintegrate, it will definitely be Russia's spontaneous choice. Therefore, don't worry that Russia will use nuclear weapons to harm each other, causing all parties to finish playing together.
Third, in addition to Russia's own choices, it is also because of the strong checks and balances of the international community over Russia. Kureba believes that unless Russia really has a brain in its infancy, really does not want to survive on the earth, and insists on destroying it together with mankind, Russia will continue to live on the earth and continue to be accommodated by the world, and will not use nuclear weapons to threaten others even when facing division or possible disintegration. From an international perspective, unless Russia immigrates to Mars, as long as it stays on Earth, Russia cannot maintain its rule with nuclear weapons.

Finally, Kureba persuaded the West not to be afraid that Russia would disintegrate, and explained its three major views. Kureba's views actually cannot dispel Western doubts, so that he further strengthened the aid to Ukraine and eventually dismembered Russia. Even though the intellectual level of Western politicians has declined overall, I still think about the issue of dismembering Russia.
First, the Russians who have experienced the collapse of the Soviet Union, are only more than 30 years away from the collapse of the Soviet Union. The vicissitudes and changes over 30 years have made the Russians deeply realize that without a strong country, it is too difficult for Russia to survive in the world and exert its influence. The outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict was precisely because NATO attempted to directly press the bayonet on Russia's abdomen by expanding eastward. When the rest of its throat and abdomen were threatened by its opponents, Russia could only make such extreme reactions. Even during the Cold War, even if the United States hated the Soviet Union and launched an arms race with the Soviet Union, it was impossible to dare to make such a direct offensive move. The thirty years of pain experienced by the Russians after the collapse of the Soviet Union made them understand a truth that without a powerful country, there would be no way to safeguard their own interests. In this sense, even Putin's opponents could not dismember Russia.
Second, in terms of the current Russian population composition, Russia definitely does not allow itself to be dismembered. The reason is also very simple. Currently, 70% of Russia's population is Russian. Although Russian tribe still accounts for 70%, everyone knows that the most headache for Russia at present is the fertility rate problem. The fertility rate in Russia is always unable to increase, and the Russians' desire for fertility is particularly low, even not as good as that of other ethnic minorities. In this case, as time goes by, Russians are becoming increasingly reluctant to have children and other ethnic minorities are becoming increasingly willing to have children, the population ratio will definitely reverse. If Russia is dismembered again, when less than 100 million Russians live on the land of Russia, they will obviously not be able to become a great nation. Therefore, Russia is also unwilling to be dismembered from the perspective of Russia's population size and structure alone.

Third, based on the above two points of understanding, Russia sees it very clearly. Now the United States and other Western countries have sharpened their knives. If Russia itself experiences civil unrest again, it will definitely fall into a state of doom. If Russia is dismembered as Kureba said, Russia may be expelled from the ball.
In short, in the 21st century, today, expecting a big country like Russia to eventually break down into many small countries through external pressure and internal self-destruction. It is more of a imagination. When it comes to this, we should give Kureba back in one sentence from Putin: If Russia no longer exists, what else should the earth do?
