Since this year, the Taiping Town Party Committee has made full use of party building to lead the "multi-network integration" platform to further promote the work of cadres to contact and serve the masses. It uses a "People's Situation Diary" to promote the normalization of contact services, the list-based coordination of public sentiments and needs, and the characteristic provision of mass services to achieve "zero distance" contact and service to the masses.
Normalization of contact services
The Taiping Town Party Committee insisted on promoting the normalization of contact services with the masses through the "People's Sentiment Diary", making full use of the "multi-network-in-one" working mechanism, combined with the " dual registration ", stationed contact system, etc., to promote the entry of party members and cadres into the network. 161 town cadres were sent to the village (community) small grid level, and the "Public Sentiment Diary" was recorded in this book Distribute it to the town cadres, and encourage the town cadres to bring the public sentiment diary to link with grid leaders, grid members, party member volunteers, social workers and other grid forces to carry out contact visit activities, and formulate and improve the cadre contact visit system, clarify the standards and procedures for contact visits, improve the contact visit recording system, evaluation feedback system, strengthen the evaluation and assessment of contact visits, combine the evaluation results with the personal assessment of cadres, party member points, etc., to promote the continuous improvement of the level of cadre contact visit work. In addition, the Taiping Town Party Committee effectively combined the "People's Situation Diary" visit and contact with grassroots governance, and refined eight visiting tasks, including publicity of policies and regulations, assistance with difficulties, mediation of conflicts and disputes, collection of social conditions and public opinion, and handling of safety hazards, to promote new improvements in the efficiency of grassroots governance.
List-based coordination of people's sentiments and needs
In order to make the "People's Sentiments Diary" reflect the needs of the people in the most true and effective manner, the Taiping Town Party Committee followed the method of "fixed-point contact, fixed households and people, and regular visits", combined with party building to lead the "multi-network integration", and incorporated the visiting personnel and visiting tasks into the space grid and time grid respectively. The grid-based promotion ensures that the contact and visiting work has no blind spots, no omissions of public sentiments, and no lack of services. Through household surveys and door-to-door problem solving, we go deep into people's homes and fields, listen face-to-face to understand their needs and expectations, and solve their problems in a timely manner. At the same time, a "daily visit, daily summary, and daily feedback" mechanism was established, requiring town cadres to fill in public sentiment logs, keep detailed records of contact visits, compile and form a list of services needed by the masses in a timely manner, report timely feedback, and make a follow-up plan for return visits. The town party building led the "multi-network integration" service center to take the lead in follow-up, designate counterpart departments, determine service specialists, and provide door-to-door services to ensure closed-loop handling of events, and effectively "observe the public sentiment, listen to the people's voices, resolve people's concerns, and do practical things." Up to now, the town has visited and collected more than 230 “ micro wishes ” from the public, and all of them have been solved and implemented.
Specialized provision of mass services
Taiping Town Party Committee combines the "People's Sentiment Diary" with the consolidation and expansion of the "I do practical things for the masses" practical activities to provide personalized services to the masses. In accordance with the principle of "people sinking and services sinking", and with the guidance of "group-style" service with multi-member linkage, we collaborate with civil affairs, women's federations, social workers, party and mass volunteers, and related functional departments to form volunteer service teams for policy promotion, dispute mediation, poverty alleviation, and convenience services. We give full play to the synergy of social forces and mobilize grassroots co-construction units such as Taiping Rural Commercial Bank, health centers, and schools to participate in multi-party joint services. At the same time, based on the list of public sentiments and needs collected by cadres' contacts and visits, in response to the relatively concentrated needs reported by the masses, we focused on key points and integrated coordination, and launched a series of volunteer service activities such as "free health clinics", "big hands holding small hands", "dispute peacemakers" and "benefiting services to farmers". By organizing groups to carry out free medical examinations for the elderly, vaccinations, neighborhood relations coordination, care and guidance for special children and other services, we can effectively solve the worries, worries and worries of the masses. At present, a total of 158 urgent, difficult and anxious issues have been resolved, and 32 land disputes, family conflicts, labor disputes and other issues have been resolved. The satisfaction and recognition of the masses have been comprehensively improved.
